The staff maintains composure and works well under pressure, especially impressive during high-traffic events like buy one, get one free days. However, they sometimes close a few minutes before the posted time of 8 pm. The vibe and friendliness of the employees, particularly the cashier and barista, are excellent and create a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for the frozen caramel marble.
