Starbucks is a welcoming place with helpful employees. The food is served hot, and the music is at a good level. However, the service can be slow, with long wait times even for small orders. The staff could consider implementing a system like McDonald’s to improve efficiency. Despite this, the Baristas are friendly and go above and beyond to assist customers. A couple ordered a Grande Cinnamon Dolce Latte and a bag of Christmas Blend Coffee, which turned out to be whole bean instead of ground. The Barista kindly ground the beans for them, making their experience delightful. The positive atmosphere and exceptional service make Starbucks a great stop for coffee lovers.
