I come here a lot. Service is fast. But today my blonde vanilla latte tasted like milk and ice. I hate complaining so I told the lady at the register about my drink and she recommended I order extra espresso in the app. I did customize my drink in the app as I always do... It's just usually this drink tastes like espresso and today it didn't. So I payed for a shot of espresso. So my drink was $8 for a tall. And the shot of espresso was so tiny it barely added anything to the drink. I'm hoping this is the last time I go to Starbucks. A latte is literally just milk and espresso and every other coffee shop puts enough espresso in the drink but I guess here I have to order extra for it to be comparable to other coffee shops. The most often place i order my drinks at, they always making amazing drinks, are courteous, quick, prompt, i have only mazing words for this place!! Keep up the great work! Raven is always awesome, friendly and has a great attitude! The quality of the drinks are as described, crafted greatly!!

Oh my goodness! The worst starbucks store in CincinnatiI've ordered about 15 times from this store I could say about 11 times something was wrong. Either they have made my drinks wrong or, they forgot to enter my personal cup discount.

I normally go to this location passing 2 other locations just for the quality that I get here. I normally place a mobile order and I never have a problem. I do feel like if you order at the drive thru instead of the mobile app, the quality might be off (it happened once and I never ordered at the drive thru again). Great drinks and food.
I walked in on a busy day (a lot of cars in the drive-thru) but 2 customers inside). No one acknowledged when I walked in even though the workers made eye contact with me. I stood there for about 8 minutes, then two other customers walked in and were immediately acknowledged!!! The guy that was taking orders seen me standing there yet he was acting like he was wiping down everything until the other two ladies walked in and he immediately started taking the other customer’s order. I had to stop him and tell him “sir you seen me standing here all this time!” The other customer felt bad and apologized but I told her she is not at fault! Everyone working seen me standing here all this time but literally ignored me. He took my order which was completely screwed up! I ordered 2 lavender cream Frappuccino drinks and they made 2 Matcha drinks!! How the hell do you get those two mixed up like that??!! Upset because not only was the service piss poor but it was a waste of time. I asked for a refund and the lady tried to add it to my app! I told her “no ma’am I paid with cash!” the audacity that she just wanted to add the refund to my app when I didn’t order using my app! I understand how busy and hectic it can get there but had someone said “we’ll be with you in a few” or something would of made the situation a WHOLE lot better. Tri-County Starbucks you need to do better!!

The place makes their stuff well only they take a long time for some reason at this location. I’ve been in longer lines at other locations that moved faster than this one. This one takes 10 minutes at least. If they are short staffed and if it’s something like long orders wish they would do what McDonald’s does and have the long orders pull forward that they are working on to give the small orders of like one or two drinks to. One or two drinks shouldn’t have to wait on like 5 things.
