The place makes their stuff well only they take a long time for some reason at this location. I’ve been in longer lines at other locations that moved faster than this one. This one takes 10 minutes at least. If they are short staffed and if it’s something like long orders wish they would do what McDonald’s does and have the long orders pull forward that they are working on to give the small orders of like one or two drinks to. One or two drinks shouldn’t have to wait on like 5 things.

Maybe I came on a bad day drive thru first a then had to get out to stand a was not greeted maybe it was my appearance!!!!! Discrimination maybe the reason I enter the drive thru!!!!! But Made my drink nasty an ugly!!!!! Attitudes was non inviting a dry praying for nicer workers Hyde park would never!!!!!!!

Mikey is a gem! He is always so friendly and pleasant. When he’s not there the rest of the staff is awesome as well but he definitely stands out and I notice things run smoothly and quickly when he is around.

This is my go to Starbucks location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love ordering ahead with the application and going through drive through. Service is fast and never had a bad experience.Dietary restrictions: Mindful and have many non dairy milk options.
I don't drink coffee or tea so I don't go there much but I love their cinnamon Apple spice drink. (Just Apple juice, cinnamon, I'm sure something else...hot and whip cream) Waited just a little while for them to take my order. Paid, got Apple's pup cup and waited a little more. They offered to refund my money bc I had to wait. Very sweet but not necessary, I used a gift card. ?The only set back for ME was finding the drive thru. Maybe it was marked but I didn't see a sign pointing to it. If you look in the back you see a men's warehouse sign...that's where the drive thru lane is. Now I know and I'll definitely be back soon!! Very courteous and respectful of your time. Thank you Starbucks for a pleasant experience.
