I come to this location all the time, there have been a couple of times I’ve ran into a particular barista and she is the absolute sweetest! I love to try new drinks and she always has great recommendations! Sammie is fast pasted, I always know it will be a quick line when she’s in there!
I watched a gentlemen literally wait 5 mins while the worker never acknowledged him, not even a single person in line to the point we're he just walked away, this isn't the first time I've seen nasty uncomfortable customer service at this location . Straight disgusting! Morning of September 10 around 7:30 A.m single women that i recall is the nastiest of them all is far as customer service
The matcha is HORRIBLE. Tastes like burnt grass clippings fished out from the underneath of a lawn mower. RARELY have sandwiches and treats in stock!!!
