“We just went there and Emma could not have been more helpful. She walked us through the menu and even though we asked a million questions she was so patient with us. I don’t know if I’ve ever had such incredible customer service!!“

“The best deal in town for fresh bread and Bagels. They get their bread fresh every Friday morning, so that's actually the best time to go. The employees are very nice, respectful and helpful . I would definitely encourage people on a Budget to come here.“

“Last Friday afternoon we took my granddaughter to the Maineville location (because it was closer) to pick out her birthday treat. It was a happy occasion so we went in friendly and left friendly but the kids working the counter... they must be bots!😅 They had an air of impatience, wouldn't look customers in eye or smile. Instead of leaving them a negative review, I decided to leave the Mason location a well deserved positive one. Mason has a smaller layout but is always somehow filled with a bigger selection than the other stores. We've always had warm and helpful customer service in the Mason location and we realized that good customer service is worth driving a little further. 💗“

“We went for the first time today and picked up a dozen to take home. They were definitely a hit. We will be back again for sure.“

“Finding a nut free bakery is almost impossible! This bakery is amazing, I have a peanut treenut allergy and I was sooo excited to find this donut shop. Even my boyfriend who does not have allergies absolutely loves this place. They do so many different flavors and are 100% nut free. I would recommend them again and again☺️“

“Spoon Fulla Sugar Cake Design exceeded every expectation! From the moment I reached out, their communication was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to understand my vision and then brought it to life with creativity and flawless attention to detail. The design was elegant, clean, and beautifully crafted, showing real artistry. And the taste? Even better. We had people going back for seconds (and asking for the bakery's name!). What truly sets Spoon Fulla Sugar apart is their passion. You can tell they love what they do, and it shines through in both their customer service and their work.“

“Amazing cheesecake and highly recommended. Freshly made and sweet, but not overpowering. Best I've had. Somehow, the blueberries were evenly spread throughout and remained in whole pieces.

Appreciate Ken's prompt response when I reached out to order and arrange pick up.“

“We had a wonderful afternoon tea at Clarity House! The historic home turned tea room created such a cozy and unique atmosphere, and we really enjoyed having live piano music playing during our tea.

The food was delicious, and there was plenty of it. The tea selection was great, and I like that the menu changes with the season. It will make it easy to come back. I decided to step outside my usual traditional choices. I tried the Cinnamon Plum and Blueberry Rooibos, and both changed quite a bit as they cooled, which made them fun to experience. I also loved that they offered real heavy cream, something I hadn't experienced at any of the other tea rooms we've visited. It really added another layer to the tea!

Everything was beautifully presented, filling, and delicious. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely look forward to coming back!“

“This Crumbl is outstanding! Everyone's always super up best and friendly. So refreshing compared to literally every other place in town with young people working ,that just stare at you like they are a potato! The staff genuinely seems to be happy to be there. It's always very clean and fresh looking and of course, smells amazing. The mobile ordering is fantastic. They are always bringing my order to me as soon as I walk in the door!“

“If you're a fan of delectable desserts, this bakery is a must-visit! They offer a wide variety of treats, each more delicious than the last. However, the standout item is definitely their baklava. It's the perfect balance of flaky, buttery layers with just the right amount of sweetness. Every bite is a little piece of heaven. Whether you're in the mood for something rich and indulgent or a light sweet treat, this bakery has something for everyone—but the baklava is an absolute game-changer. Highly recommend!“

Morgan took my phone call and had exceptional Customer service didn't catch her coworkers name but when I picked up, they both were there, great team!!!! “The Donut Shop has had new owners for about the past year, and they have done an excellent job. The donuts remain incredibly consistent, fresh, and delicious every time I visit. It’s clear they’ve worked hard to maintain the quality that customers have come to expect while continuing to provide great service. If you’re looking for amazing donuts and a place that takes pride in what they do, The Donut Shop is definitely worth a visit.“

“Absolutely phenomenal! Authentic European coffee, candy and artisanal treats. Wonderful spot for a casual first date or pop in with family while shopping. This is the first stop when entertaining at home. Your guests will marvel at the gift of exquisite, truly one-of-a-kind master-level opulent sweets. Highest recommendation. Ask for Marina. Good idea for corporate gifts too! We are lucky to have a true euro cafe option right here in Liberty Township. Try the Bloom Collection. I haven’t enjoyed a dessert more in all of my travels from London to Miami or Montreal to Vegas. This is world class. Bravo!“

“A Cincinnati institution…a must stop every visit!“

“Tres Belle was great! They were super friendly when communicating and helpful when we asked for opinions or advice. People loved the cake itself!! We had 3 tiers (vanilla, white chocolate raspberry, and pistachio). One of our vendors told us it was the best wedding cake he had all year!“

“If I could give it 10 stars I would. I went to the store to pick up an order I placed. When I got there, I went to the counter and talked the girl at the counter, I think her name was Evelyn. I asked for my order and she asked the person behind her to grab the one with my name. They didn't have it, so she asked to se my email. The email showed it had been incorrectly order at another store down the road (my fault entirely). She explained to me that I needed to call the Outlet Mall and they could cancel my order and she showed me the phone number. I called there and they told me I had to call a corporate number, which I didn't have, and that they would help because they wouldn't. I gave up with the Outlet Mall and decided I wanted the yummy pretzel anyway and got in line. When I got to the counter, before I ordered, the manager in the back of the store came up and asked if I got things taken care of with the Outlet Mall. I told him they said they couldn't do anything and that I just decided it was my mistake and I was just going to ignore the $12 and go on. He asked what they said and was frustrated with them for not taking care of it. He asked me what my order was that I had placed and he just gave me the order without charging me. I told him I wanted to pay for it and he told me it was on him. I again said it was my mistake and I was frustrated at myself and at the outlet mall, not at him and his store. He said that he would give it to me again and just told me, if you're happy, I am happy and we are good. That was awesome!!!!! He deserves all the props for this. He and his store are fantastic!!! They are the nicest group of, I assume teenagers, that I have encountered at any store, Auntie Anne's or otherwise. Thank you so much for taking care of me and the problem I caused and taking it upon yourself to make a solution. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK TO THIS STORE!!!“

“I came in for a scoop of cookies and cream. I am allergic to raspberry and saw a little swipe of it got on my ice cream. The guy at the counter not only remade my cone, but offered to use a fresh, unused tub and newly packaged ice cream scoop. He went above and beyond. Thank you so much!“

“Servatii has the most delicious food. I’ve had almost everything that Servatii in Blue Ash has, and I’ve never been disappointed. I keep coming back to this location because of the food and great customer service.“

“3/27/21...Before leaving the mall, my son wanted to get a pretzel. My fiance decided to get one, so I decided to get one since I haven't had one in years. The service was great, I got to use a BOGOF coupon in the app & we all liked our pretzel. ?“
