“Today was my son’s birthday and he really loves Dunkins iced pink donuts I was able to get three dozen donuts through the drive-through in just a couple minutes at 7:15am which I’m sure can be a busy time as people head to work and it was the cheapest I could get around in Lima. All the workers were very sweet and pleasant.“

“My family went through the drive through and I ordered a breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese. It was around 1:40pm. My egg inside my sandwich was raw. I found out the hard way by taking a big bite. I went into the restaurant, not yelling or causing a scene. I just wanted to get a refund, but was greeted with indignation and attitude after I patiently waited in line a second time with my bag of food poisoning. I later learned the employee "assisting," me was the manager, Kyshawn. I was berated in front of other customers, and made to look like an idiot. He informed me they stopped serving breakfast before allowing me to explain the situation. I hope no one that goes here gets food poisoning or has to be treated like garbage for expecting the bare minimum. All you had to do was say, I'm sorry that happened and give me a refund for my sandwich. Do yourself a favor and go get your food and drinks somewhere they appreciate your patronage.“
