“We got the taro blended iced coffee and the vanilla iced latte; both were on the sweet side, but delicious. We also got a raspberry lemon muffin, raspberry jelly donut, and custard eclair; all were very good, but the eclair is massive (I had to split it in half and save the rest for later...I knew what I was getting myself into). I regret not getting a breakfast sandwich (will have to come back!). Overall, friendly people, delicious treats and reasonable prices.“

“First off, big kudos to the owner of the store, amazing gentlemen, always making things right and always in a good mood, these are the little things I look forward to on my commute to work. From the consistency of the coffee and food items, to the welcoming interactions this is the best Dunkin in all of Northwest Ohio...period. I never questioned an order, never had to wait too long, even when they got a line out to conant street!! The morning crew here makes sure you are taken care off!! I always look forward to the festivities and the way they decorate the store, it is smaller than most stores but boy do they outshine the rest!! “The two female staff just seem rude, like they hate their jobs. Even when I called originally for a birthday cake they were rude which made me not order from them.. I then went in for cupcakes for the birthday dinner part (last minute), it's like they don't want to sell shit. While I was deciding and asking questions the one waiting on me seemed extremely annoyed the other one just stared at me like I was dumb 🤣 I was pretty quick and polite. Cupcakes were cute, prices are good, flavors were good. I was super excited to try this bakery out but not sure we will be back.“

“I went here because the kids saw the sign. We purchased 3 donuts but when I got ready to pay my TAP TO PAY wasn't working and I didnt have the actual card. The worker told me it was OK, she handed me the donuts and I told her I would be back in 10 min to pay. This is what I call great customer service! She was kind and understanding! I came back to pay in exactly 10min and bought 2 additional donuts! Thank you for your kindness!!! My boys were so happy and the donuts were super delicious!!“
