“My niece wanted the Wicked tin and they were out but was still charged for it and not sure if he was the owner or manager but he was very sincere in his apology and I will be back. He gave her some free donuts and to call to get a refund. He didn’t have to do any of that. And this is why I’m never mad or mean to retail employees cause it is not their fault on what’s on the app when ordering. Please be nice this season to the people who are doing you a favor on working on a holiday.“

“Stopped in today for the first time in a very long time the the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. Was only going to get one. Donut ended up getting six ate two of them on the way home. I can’t remember having such a great donut. Looking forward to getting home and eating the other four.“

“Homemade type food.. really nice owner...my favorite are pancakes breakfast sanwiches and the coffee is great. Now listen...donuts are made there...too good. Avocado smoothie is good...onion rings are GREAT...soup mage there...Really what a gem.“

“I ordered a pumpkin pie and a pumpkin roll for Thanksgiving. It was very good and I really liked the option of nuts for the pumpkin roll.
They accepted orders much later than other bakeries as well. When I picked up the order, the staff was super friendly despite being super busy.
Aside from holiday items, I highly recommend the cronuts, especially the Boston Crème ones.“

“Jade is truly amazing, and her customer service is wonderful. She and her dream team (Adrien, Penny, and everyone else) always greet you with a smile and bring such a positive energy. Their work ethic is outstanding, and it really shows in everything they do. It’s such a pleasure to interact with a team that genuinely cares about their customers.
There are also other team members and managers who have since moved on to new opportunities, and they did an incredible job as well!“

“I went here because the kids saw the sign. We purchased 3 donuts but when I got ready to pay my TAP TO PAY wasn't working and I didnt have the actual card. The worker told me it was OK, she handed me the donuts and I told her I would be back in 10 min to pay. This is what I call great customer service! She was kind and understanding! I came back to pay in exactly 10min and bought 2 additional donuts! Thank you for your kindness!!! My boys were so happy and the donuts were super delicious!!“

“Lord have mercy they have the best coffee especially the ice cappuccino and even though I Boston cream donut is my favorite ❤️ I found a new love today. This apple fritter is the best I’ve ever had. Fresh and so so delicious. I’m floating around in love. 🤣 Thanks for introducing me to the best coffee and doughnuts for a year. You make my day better 🤩🤩🤩“

“We got the taro blended iced coffee and the vanilla iced latte; both were on the sweet side, but delicious. We also got a raspberry lemon muffin, raspberry jelly donut, and custard eclair; all were very good, but the eclair is massive (I had to split it in half and save the rest for later...I knew what I was getting myself into). I regret not getting a breakfast sandwich (will have to come back!). Overall, friendly people, delicious treats and reasonable prices.“
