“This store is a shining example of great customer experience. It doesn't matter how busy they are what time of day you go you will be met with fresh food friendly staff and fast service. There isn't a single store from lima to sidney that compares in my opinion. In a world where the service industry has almost turned on the consumer this store shines. Each and every one of the employees inside this building should know this and I hope they are treated in a manner that is deserving of their high quality of work and service they provide. Hold your heads up high guys your it!“

“After longing to go but succumbing to a busy summer, we made our first visit to FarmGrounds today. Heidi and Jason were very welcoming and kind in helping us select items from the menu. Evan got a Cinnamon Toast Crunch Latte and I got a frozen lemonade; both were phenomenal! We can’t wait to go back! What a blessing for the village of Botkins!“
