That being said I don't like that they have installed a new stainless steel shield blocking your view of the sandwich preparation process. You cannot see any of the meats or cheese. I like to see the freshness of the Tuna especially.”

“I live in Wapak and had been in the bakery a couple times and never purchased anything, thinking it was a little bit expensive. I ordered the croissant Christmas box and a loaf of sourdough bread and picked it up on December 24. They were the best croissants and bread I’ve probably ever had. The croissants and the bread were worth every penny.”

The food was good but the treasure really is the people. We left bummed that we didn't live closer because if we did, we would definitely be regulars.
