Me and my husband's grandma stopped by to get coffee and food after a doctor's appointment. The girls did a great job making our stuff! Shout out to Arriana(or Rice) I hope I got your name right and the other girl working with you today! Being a barista is a challenging job with lots to remember. Hope to return in the future. You guys are awesome!☕
These ladies always bust their butts, they always make beautiful coffee and remember my order every time. Wonderful customer service which is rare these days. Thank would give 10 stars if I could!
Don't go if you're in a hurry. Employees of Kroger get their coffee ahead of the line. Not to mention, anyone ordering hot coffee got catered to before iced, which knocked a lot of people down on the list for waiting. I was there 20 minutes to wait on one coffee and a slice of bread. I had at least 5 people jump the line in front of me.

Starbucks is a popular coffee shop with varying levels of service. While some customers have experienced issues with availability of certain drinks or order-ahead options, others have had exceptional experiences. The staff member Haleigh at the Kroger Starbucks on Michigan street stands out for her friendly and personalized service, going above and beyond to craft a unique drink and make every customer's day.
