Sydney store line around building so i went in and all employees and manager are all in a circle arguing forever while im just standing there. Not what i eant to deal with at 7 am. Anyway got my donuts and out the door.
We're from out of state and stopped here this weekend to get snacks, coffee, and use the bathroom. We waited 35 minutes for three drinks (one coffee, one latte, one fountain drink) and two breakfast sandwiches. With the exception of someone coming for a pickup order, the lobby was completely deserted for the entire time we were waiting. After ordering, no one even acknowledged us, let alone updated us on the status of our food and drinks, until we asked after waiting for 20 minutes....read full review

The ladies that work here in the morning are mostly all delightful. Excellent service.The only thing I would change is the volume of the stupid auto greeting at the drive thru speaker. It seems as though it is always about 30 notches too high. It literally hurts my ears.
