“Samuel has waited on me at the drive through window a few times now. He is very pleasant, excellent customer service skills and wants to make sure the orders are complete! Employees like him, DO need recognized and also by the company! It can make or break a visit with the experience at the window.”
“They have fresh juicy crispy southern style fried chicken and also seats. I had the mushroom and swiss burger and used one of the seats. There were also several tables. There is ample space behind the dumpster if you are a male who needs to urinate. Great experience all around.”
“We were staying in Jackson Center, OH at the Airstream plant and went touring around and found Alcove Restaurant for breakfast. We love small town hole in the wall diners and this one was perfect. Local place with a very busy grill. Good coffee and hot food. Sorry didn't get any pics but we would definitely go back.”
“As Amelia will tell you, it's good food not fast food! We had a basket of onion rings, a giant fish sadwhich with housemate tarter sauce, and a tenderloin pizza and even took a fresh baked cherry pie to-go! All of it was really good and we're already planning our next trip back! We even played a game of Connect 4 while we waited and our server was very friendly too!Kid-friendliness: Plenty of family games for all ages!”
“We got invited by our neighbors to enjoy this experience. Make sure you make reservations. They do get busy. The service was very nice and got refills when needed without being asked to do so. I do wish the craft beer selection was a little more. The food was delicious and at a perfection. The chef did a great job. Such a nice atmosphere and I liked seeing all the references to the Bridge.”
“You can eat inside but we usually use the pull up order stands. They have great tasting big buys. There pies are awesome.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options for children.Wheelchair accessibility: No problems.”
“Was in town for a work trip. Food was good, fast, and great service for a busy place. Having eaten at several Mexican restaurants in Nashville, TN I can say this place was above average. Would definitely come back here again.”
“The girls working there need to know when they stand at the window, and they talk about the people in the cars they can be heard very clearly. That roof line acts like a megaphone and when sitting in the cars right in front of the window your voice is crystal clear even when you are talking low.I agree that lady had a very large forehead, but you don't need to announce it!”
“The service was quick and friendly. The food was hot, correct and delicious. We enjoyed the 2 egg plate and the all star with blueberry waffle. We would definitely stop here again. The show we had with a few other customers was wild. But that would be expected at a waffle house from time to time. ?”
“There was one gentleman working the entire front of house, and he did a great job.I'm definitely excited to try more items. Idk why it's not letting me add pictures.”
“I went there for lunch today just before noon, The greeting was great, the two female employees and one Male Greeted me very well. I'm kinda picky and ordered double meat it was Perfect I didn't specify exsactly wat sauce I wanted and the man was efficient and patient and was well worth the visit very clean and respectable environment.”
“Kim was amazing, friendly and made sure we got our food in a timely manner and checked on us frequently. She was very nice and pleasant. One of the best wait persons they have at the Sidney Frischs.”
