“Service was efficient yet it was pretty slow at the time I went in. The cashier was pleasant and kind. She gave great service and asked questions to make sure I ordered any extra toppings. She had a bull nose piercing that I thought was cool. Some guy named Tony made my food and did amazing job. he made sure he I knew which subs were separate and put my meat on the side as it needed for my sandwich. “It’s McDonalds... Thus, the 5-star rating is based on the drive-thru window’s April (everyone already knows about Ms food…).

Waiting to place my order, I was able to overhear another car/person placing their order. Or, trying - which is what drew my attention. I had noted the car had been there “a minute” while at the other lane placing my order. It would seem they were trying to use the app to place their order - AT the window 🤔. (New to the app, maybe that’s a thing.) With seemingly no success “for a while”, they switched over to ordering via the speaker/April. Each of her responses/interactions were communicated just as kind, patient, and professional as the initial exchanges. Wow. I’ve had to line up kindergarteners - similar to getting fireflies to line-up for a group photo - and am not sure I demonstrated as much patience as April. Her unwavering tolerance was absolutely impressive. I’m pretty sure I would have come a bit unglued after the 4th “round”… 😬

“My turkey bacon ranch sandwich - was one of the best- I’ve ordered at several Arby’s. It was fresh and delicious. A good amount of turkey!
Restaurant was clean and tables were wiped down. I had to wait for my food Because it was pretty busy- long line.
Restroom was clean as well. Service was friendly and they were hustling to get orders filled.“

“Great food, friendly service, and a great outdoor picnic tables. You will get better service by ordering in any way than showing up in person. Ordering in the drive thru or online you won't have a problem but standing in person waiting to order you will be the last priority and it should be the opposite.“
