“Pulled over just to write this. Just had a wonderful experience at New Bremen Wendy’s. Was asked if I would wait a few extra minutes for fresh food to be made, because they wanted to make sure it was what I was paying for. After waiting the few extra minutes, two employees, one a manager I believe, brought out my food, with a frosty on the house! Wished me a Merry Christmas, and thanked ME. Some of the nicest people I’ve dealt with lately. Hope you guys have a Merry Christmas as well!“

“Rolled up in here for dinner just prior to 10pm tonight after work. Barely had to wait at all. My food was hot and fresh. Not a single curly fry was spilled, and my buffalo chicken sandwich was perfectly put together. The worker who served me at the window was super friendly! Even folded my debit card neatly into my receipt. What a nice touch. Great experience. Definitely would eat here again.“

“Great place, clean dining area, kitchen and restrooms. Prompt service, accurate order, very humble inviting people. I love it! I live in a large city and you never get this level of customer service. The warmth actually made it an experience beyond just lunch. Thanks everyone!“

“I had a really good experience overall at McDonald's. The food was hot and fresh, and the service was friendly and quick.
The only issues I ran into were small but noticeable. I paid $2.79 for a side of gravy, and the container wasn’t even half full. I did go back up to ask about it, and the employee kindly added more, which I appreciated—but even then, it still wasn’t filled to where it should be. For that price (especially compared to how it used to be), the portion should be full.
Also, there was a noticeable urine smell in the lobby near the registers. We didn’t sit in that area, so it didn’t affect our meal, but it’s something that should definitely be addressed.
Overall, still a good visit—just a couple things that could be improved.“

“First time at this location with a fairly large order with several items "customized". Used the app to order ahead, food was bagged and waiting for me when I walked in, employee at the counter was very friendly, store looked clean, plenty of parking, will definitely be back.“
