Terrible experience. The kiosk doesn’t have the same options as mobile so i had to do that and then had no idea my food was ready until they finally asked why I was still waiting. Terrible customer service-no greeting, no apologies, just “we put them here and you should check”.
Corporate processed a refund so I changed the review to a 3.

Taco Bell usually does great, but recently failed to read directions for app orders. Multiple instances of getting orders wrong, like adding spicy sauce instead of none. Customers end up with meals they can't eat, leading to dissatisfaction with the service.
