Pulled over just to write this. Just had a wonderful experience at New Bremen Wendy’s. Was asked if I would wait a few extra minutes for fresh food to be made, because they wanted to make sure it was what I was paying for. After waiting the few extra minutes, two employees, one a manager I believe, brought out my food, with a frosty on the house! Wished me a Merry Christmas, and thanked ME. I don't like writing a less than satisfactory review, but the last few times we've been to this Wendy's that has been the situation. We were there at about 5 p.m. The fries were only lukewarm as were the burgers. The dining area appeared to have been well used with napkins and straws around on the floor and tables. Love Wendy's food, but this one was understaffed and super busy. The guy at the counter was super rude and slammed the ketchup packets into my mother's hand. The bathroom and sining room were clean.
