I have went to this location twice now for pick up orders and both times they have been closed. Both of these times I had checked their hours on google and the app before placing my orders and both had said that they were open. Management needs to update their hours so people aren’t misinformed and so you aren’t able to place an order when they are closed. It goes without saying that these are some pretty basic management practices anyone should be able to understand. I will never do business here again.

The staff is rather rude. I get it it's a sucky job but having a sucky attitude makes it suck more. They also took old fries and refried them.

Pulled over just to write this. Just had a wonderful experience at New Bremen Wendy’s. Was asked if I would wait a few extra minutes for fresh food to be made, because they wanted to make sure it was what I was paying for. After waiting the few extra minutes, two employees, one a manager I believe, brought out my food, with a frosty on the house! Wished me a Merry Christmas, and thanked ME. Some of the nicest people I’ve dealt with lately. Hope you guys have a Merry Christmas as well!

Went yesterday and ordered takeout a hamburger and fries. Burger was cold, very undercooked with ketchup and mustard oozing all around the ourside of the bun. Fries were thrown into bag upside down. COME ON NEW BREMEN!! I paid $7.84 for a lunch I could barely eat. Going to DQ next door from now on!

Stop quick to grab the kiddos a bite to eat. I did notice Wendy's prices has sky rocketed wow you need to work at Wendy's in order to afford Wendy's.

When I was ordering, they waited until the last moment to tell me that they’re only serving beverages of the diet variety so I had to reorder my whole entire order and then the man at the window was very rude because I have an old credit card that sometimes the chip does not work. I will not be back because this is not the only time.

Went there yesterday around 515. No cars in the parking lot and there were a few cars through the drive-in. Went inside and waited to place our order. No one came, but said they would be right with us. I could see four people working when we got there but one of them took his drink and went to the back room so he must’ve been on break during the dinner hour. Another was talking on her cell phone. We continue to wait still no one came. Started to walk out and said sorry to have bothered you and they snapped back. Well we only have four people working.I had to give this a one star because there wasn’t an option for zero.I wouldn’t be posting this remark, but this is the third time now in the last month that this is happened. I will not be returning to this Wendy’s
