The food is amazing here! My wife is especially loved the fish. They do use whole fish like she is used to in her country. My dish, the lamb, was pretty good! Their house salad dressing & wings rock!
Grilled fish was phenomenal along with yellow rice and fataya appetizer. Service was excellent too. Can't wait to come back again.
We ate at Medina Cuisine and it was delicious. We ordered the fatayas, neme, chicken burger, and shawarma. Everything was fantastic and fresh. Our waitress was the sweetest woman. We will eat here again.

Specific standout meals include the Fish & Palm nut soup, described as one of the best combinations, along with the jerk chicken and egg rolls, which are a must try. The baobab tree drink is also noted as perfect. The staff is caring, attentive, excellent, and very nice and friendly. The restaurant provides a great experience for those looking to try food from different cultures, with some calling it a contender for the best food in the city.
