We like Chilly Jilly's. We wish they were open after October but I realize that fewer people eat ice cream in the fall and winter months. Chilly Jilly's is one of my favorite go to place in Sidney, Ohio especially during summers.You will be seeing students working here, so its a good idea to tip them. They are very welcoming.There are varities of milkshake, icecreams, Sundaes, Smoothies and lots of other things available here in small, medium and large size.In the website, its mentioned only cash payment available but they do accept card payments which is really good as sometime you might not have cash.Delivery...read full review
