Me and my grandma went to taco bell to get dinner for the family we tried ordering on the kiosk and it said we needed to pay at the front so we went and tried to pay but they said there was no order from us so we reordered and then we waited for are food we waited for our food for about 35 minutes and it wasn't done so we said something about it and they said there wasn't an order from us once again so they took our receipt and made our food and we got it and left and I grabbed...read full review
We had a big order and they gave us the wrong food, all they cared about was the fact that there were the correct number of items even though they were the wrong items. Never really had a bad experience here until tonight. I hope this is not the new normal.
