I usually go to Taco Bell if I get off early from work and they’re usually pretty good but last night I got off and I asked for easy Bean every time with no lettuce on a burrito and this time that’s all that was on there but I called the store and the manager his name is Andy said he was very very sorry and the next time I come in the Burritos on him And I told him I didn’t want anything just the next time make sure they make it right but he insisted, that is a good manager and Wendy’s and McDonald’s need to take some tips off this manager on how to talk to people when they’re angry that their food wasn’t quite right thank you, Andy!!!??So… it’s 03/08/24 and once again I got to Taco Bell to get the free burrito the messed up the week previous so when I get in the line I ask for Andy and they tell me there is no manager by the name of Andy and I said well yes there is because my order got messed up last week and I called and he said that I could get a free burrito just say his name so I did but they said there wasn’t no one there by that name so I asked to talk to the manager cause I figured he was working but no, it was a girl I said who is the bigger guy Manager that works Fri And they say his name is Adam so I’m sorry Adam that I got your name wrong and they did make my burrito. Thank you so much.????
We got four chalupas today and every single one of them were so hard that we couldn’t eat more than just the bottom portion of the chalupa that had been moistened by the meat. This isn’t the first time we have gotten something abnormally hard that was intended to be soft from this establishment. Hard soft shell taco supremes and burritos are other items that have been previously hardened by obviously being left out for air to get to them. Either find people who care or fire and rehire your staff including management.

Me and my grandma went to taco bell to get dinner for the family we tried ordering on the kiosk and it said we needed to pay at the front so we went and tried to pay but they said there was no order from us so we reordered and then we waited for are food we waited for our food for about 35 minutes and it wasn't done so we said something about it and they said there wasn't an order from us once again so they took our receipt and made our food and we got it and left and I grabbed my stacker from the bag, my stacker was supposed to have meat,cheese,sourcream and potatoes but it ended up having all that and the wrong kind of cheese and the spicy sauce and we were supposed to gave a quessadilla so they mixed the quessadilla and the stacker together. It has never took that long nor have they messed up the food like that but overall I would probably pick a different fast food restaurant to go to

if i could give negative stars for my visit today i would. I ordered tacos and chalupas with only meat, cheese and sour cream. All of them came with lettuce and tomatoes on them. I also didnt receive my cheesy roll up. It’s a simple mistake I worked fast food I get it. I go inside to explain the error and the gentlemen who helped me was polite -and apologetic, while Heather who was working the line was visibly annoyed when he asked the order to be remade. She took my order through the drive through. She did not remake my food, another worker who came from the bathroom came on the line about 25 minutes after and remade it after making all of the online and drive thru orders while Heather went off the line. It was only a chalupa, 2 tacos and a cheesy roll up. Once I got the cheesy roll up, the cheese isnt even melted. It was incredibly rude and childish. 10/10 wouldn’t expect any kind of customer service from Heather. Just sad, overall a 35 minute deal for some tacos.
We had a big order and they gave us the wrong food, all they cared about was the fact that there were the correct number of items even though they were the wrong items. Never really had a bad experience here until tonight. I hope this is not the new normal.

That to me is just one of the best qualities you can find in human beings. The gentleman work in the window tonight. I appreciate you.The words were few but The kind gesture Yuba stowe upon me let's me know that we're not all self-centered robots out here.Thank you to the Chin bearded gentleman With the war tags ( Not literally) that hung around his neck, which indicated different increments of time that man had.To endure one of the most difficult things, a man of such integrity can face. Hi I'll leave it at that before This turns into more of a reddit posts then a kind review of a Local taco bell.
