“Great food. Excellent service.Had another excellent meal at this restaurant again. It was a very busy night, and we got the last table without a reservation. Service was good and the food was even better. I got the grilled scallops with potatoes and vegetables. The scallops were seared perfectly. Super tender, sweet. Probably some of the best I have had. There is plenty on the plate, too. Excellent flavor to the sauce. Creamy smooth mashed potatoes. Very flavorful roasted vegetables. I took about half home to eat later. You also get a nice salad to start. Price was around $35. It's pretty good for that high quality of food. I can't wait to go back.“

“We tried this place for the first time since we drove past it frequently. If any of you are familiar with Crazy Burrito's, this was very much like that. The portions were larger and the menu had some different items. I had the beef enchilada, beef Burrito and a cheese quesadilla, all of which were served on piping hot plates. Others at the table ordered the Burrito, enchilada but had the beans &rice another ordered the garlic shrimp served with beans, rice and tortillas. The location for this LA Palma location is Route 29 in Urbana, Ohio.“

“It was a very clean place, and the food seemed a little high. The atmosphere was fantastic and the employees had kinda and great Customer service towards their customers.... I can truly appreciate the customer service side of it. It's nice to know employers still expect their employees to be kind and courteous....“

“I usually go to Taco Bell if I get off early from work and they’re usually pretty good but last night I got off and I asked for easy Bean every time with no lettuce on a burrito and this time that’s all that was on there but I called the store and the manager his name is Andy said he was very very sorry and the next time I come in the Burritos on him And I told him I didn’t want anything just the next time make sure they make it right but he insisted, that is a good manager and Wendy’s and McDonald’s need to take some tips off this manager on how to talk to people when they’re angry that their food wasn’t quite right thank you, Andy!!!??So… it’s 03/08/24 and once again I got to Taco Bell to get the free burrito the messed up the week previous so when I get in the line I ask for Andy and they tell me there is no manager by the name of Andy and I said well yes there is because my order got messed up last week and I called and he said that I could get a free burrito just say his name so I did but they said there wasn’t no one there by that name so I asked to talk to the manager cause I figured he was working but no, it was a girl I said who is the bigger guy Manager that works Fri And they say his name is Adam so I’m sorry Adam that I got your name wrong and they did make my burrito. Thank you so much.????“
