“I really enjoyed my meal. We got the salsa, guac and queso appetizer with tortilla chips. Guac and queso were AMAZING but the salsa tasted like VERY heaving tomato paste, like tomato sauce. I ordered a few tacos. Shrimp was one and delicious. Al pastor was the other, it was good but not the best so next time I'll get both shrimp. My husband said his wasn't that good. I think he may have gotten the pork or chorizo one.“
“The meal was delicious but the soda didn't have any carbonation and they said they were sorry but they couldn't fix it. The staff was friendly however we always go in with a small group and they don't have enough menus or servers. We are usually there for at least 2 hours. Otherwise, we enjoy coming here and will continue. I would give them 5 stars if they could serve us faster.Kid-friendliness: They have highchairs and booster seats and a kids'I menu.“
“Always a good experience! They have a couple people in there that we see quite often and more often than not take great care of us! Definitely like seeing them over some of the younger crowd in there working. They don't seem to have the ability to focus on the task at hand. Only real reason I didn't give a 5 star is the consistency. Sometimes we go and get a boat load of everything on our builds and sometimes we are scraping to find any meat at all. Or the occasional time where everything is completely flooded with bean juice. Opinions aside we are always in and out in minutes flat. The food is pretty on point and fresh. Flavors here always better than the other chain. All in all a pretty solid choice for fast food in Bellefontaine.“
“Picked up a lunch to go for two. Really happy with the fajita quesadilla texana to share - it is enormous! The shrimp queso fundido was tasty, but REALLY runny. Once it was cold, it thickened up enough to stay on a chip - and those chips could have been salted out of the fryer. Very good salsa.Parking: And there is a drive-thru.“
“The crew working here 4/16 night were working hard and cleaning the fountain machine. Food was decent and made promptly . Thanks! Keep being great. Food was fresh. Only place open after 10pm lowkey around here.Vegetarian options: They got potato bean tacos if u will. Decent selection“
“As prices continue to rise, the portions get smaller and smaller. Extra protein costs another $4.50 and the employees are skimpy at best with the servings. I think Chipotle will see a down trend in sales as they continue to raise their prices and continue to tell the staff to serve less and less. A bowl of contents no longer touches the aluminum lid and the burrito contents no longer fill out the burrito. Also, it’s rare to find any chipotle that doesn’t have stale chips. It’s become quite the shame. I’ve been a chipotle fan since inception.“
“Usually pretty quick and food is good. Occasionally, we will be missing an item. Never get anything extra, lol. James is so friendly and always greets me by my name. Even when he is having a rough day, he still smiles. Speed is usual in the drive thru. What you would expect. Building is so nice since they redid the outside.“
