“Wow this place was great! Food was AMAZING! Staff was friendly and did a great job checking on us. This place is doing it right. Very clean facility including the restrooms. The place is popular so it’s busy but it’s worth it. We waited less than 30 minutes on very busy Saturday night. For being completely full it’s not so loud you can’t have a conversation. They have a great selection of craft beer also. I will definitely be a return customer!

Parking: There’s more parking than seats. If you come during supper on the weekend it’s worth the wait

“My Father and I have been stopping by Rax for weeks now while in town visiting my Aunt at Vancrest. Our food is always on point, the fries are hot and fresh! Very friendly staff. Thank you for great food and service !!!“

“I just want to give a huge shout out to the manager and all the workers who worked on 12/28/22 the evening/ night shift! It is a tradition I have with my granddaughter to get her birthday cake from McDonald’s every year. She is 5 this year. I went to 6 other McDonald’s desperately looking for her cake! All I had to do was call and they were the super hero’s who saved the day! Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart! “Sharing a great review from a little different perspective. I/We used one of the special event rooms for a class reunion and it worked out wonderfully! The people we worked with to schedule the room were excellent and then everyone was very accommodating for the event. Serving staff assigned to the area were friendly and hustled to keep everyone with refreshing drinks and delicious food!!!

“This location was clean and tidy. The food was good. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I think the food has gotten smaller. But that's to be expected probably in the economy that we're in. The service really we didn't have no service whatsoever at this location. We did not talk to one employee. It's almost self-served. The only time my cousin spoke to anyone was when he walked up to get our food. And that was just to thank them. The only other confusing part was. Now when you use the soda machine you have to use a QR code if that's attached to the bottom you receipt. This will operate the soda machine. Do not lose that slip of paper or you will not be able to get a refill. Prices were pretty reasonable. Although the $4 meals now I think went up to over five bucks. Can't remember exactly but they wasn't $4. But still worth the time that I spent with my cousin at a decent restaurant. Was not crowded at all. They were a few people in there but nothing like to be concerned about. But I would recommend going to this location. We will go back for sure.“

“Fents is a small family run business with good ice cream and yummy grilled food. My favorite part is it’s made to order. My food doesn’t sit in a warming station waiting for me order it. I’d rather wait a few extra minutes knowing my food is fresh, thank you! The square pizza is amazing!!“
