“I’ve been waiting to get Rip Rap Shake Shack for three years, and this past weekend was finally the time for it!!! We live super far away but I knew that once the opportunity presented itself, it was a must-see stop. I was amazed by the presentation of the ice cream that I got and the monster shake that my husband got. They looked absolutely amazing! Almost like a movie prop! The flavor was absolutely amazing, and I enjoyed every last bite! 10/10 would recommend if you’re in the Dayton area! Bring the kiddos too! Our toddler loved it!“

“Ohh, my goodness...This place is my favorites, the frozen custard it's delicious. People with lactose intolerance shouldn't be bothered by this. It tastes like ice cream and doesn't bother your belly :) Highly recommend the original lemon flavored custard“

“I ordered cookies on the app like at 9 PM and I got to the store and there were probably 15 people in the store. It was super busy. There was one worker, I found out that her name was Carrie, and she was just back there busting out orders, working hard trying to get everybody's order completed. And even when a customer came in, that was, I believe doordashing and was given her grief and asking her, why was it taking so long? She was still respectful to them and told them that she was doing her best, and that she was going in order of the way the orders had came in. And that she would get the order done as fast as she could. I just really admire the way that she handled the situation, because she was literally getting her butt kicked, and it was a lot for 1 person. She was backing cookies and doing orders and running and like crazy. I just want everyone to know that it was a great place.

“We love visiting Ducky’s Snowballs & Ice Cream every summer! It’s a go-to spot for our family, and the kids always look forward to it. The ice cream is always delicious, and the atmosphere is so friendly—everyone feels right at home! Plus, we’re excited that our shop is just a block away, which means we’ll be stopping by even more often this year. Highly recommend Ducky’s for a treat that’s always a good time! 🍦“

“I ordered a sweet 16 cake for my daughter’s birthday party. There was a couple issues and I was short on time for a fix. The owners went above and beyond to correct. Drove completely out of their way to pick up the cake and even drive it back, 45 minute drive each way. Very caring, thank you again!“

“Went to Culver's in Troy a week ago. Spent $40+ and drove back to Piqua before I realized that they forgot 2 burgers. Not cheap burgers either. Called them and instead of telling me to come pick them up, they said they would send me a coupon in the mail. So my daughter and I had sides for dinner(pretzels and fries). Today I take my coupon for the food I already paid for and the Manager Katrina said that the coupon only was for one sandwich and refused to give me all my food I had already paid for and waited a week to get reimbursed on. Katrina said that I should have kept my receipt. Even though they sent me a coupon. To make it worse 2 teenage looking girls stood behind the manager at the window laughing and talking about me trying to get my food. I asked Katrina their names to include in the complaint but she refused to give the names. I asked for the General Managers name and she said it was Cheryl, but she was not in today. Very frustrating. All I want is what I paid for. Not sure how to get it. Plan to call the GM, call corporate(closed until Monday), write reviews everywhere I can.“

“We have lived in Troy for 4 years and only 3 minutes away from Staunton. Passed the store over 100 times in rose 4 years. Finally tried the pizza. No regrets. Definitely will be back! Great customer service, timely readiness and GREAT pizza!“

“This is 110% the most authentic Mexican food I have had in Dayton! Portions are huge; prices very reasonable; very friendly staff and the flavors are out of this world!!! I could eat here 3-4 times a week. Must, must try!!!!“

“This store is under new management and the manager truly cares about her customers and everybody's well-being. The Store was very clean. The food was amazing. It's a place I would definitely go back again. And again, if you haven't tried it, I recommend you go at least once. You always want to go back“

“Mrsa zoe phoebe give good service and r nice. They were all nice peoples and greeted with smiles. Zoe made good Julius. People only give reviews when they are unsatisfactory and not when they are happy. But Uhm yes Dairy Queen is cool here. yes woooooaah“
