“Visited DK Effect for the first time and then walked over to try Gionino’s for the first time. The pizza wad better than anything else I’ve had in Dayton. So much so that I left a review and I don’t do that like ever. Crust was perfect. Sauce ratio was ecstatic. Pepperoni was absolutely perfect. A personal pizza too! Def earned a lifelong fan now.

“I ordered Popcorn Chicken however it wasn't until I got home it was replaced with a small amount of grilled chicken...nobody told me they ran out of Popcorn Chicken otherwise I wouldn't of ordered. I did call store and was offered a $5 credit on next order however the meal cost more than that and I rarely eat pizza 🤷 so I would of preferred a refund or replacement. Pizza was ok but most got thrown in trash so waste of money. Brownies were a bit hard but if warmed up they were ok.“

“Great spot to grab some good food! The food here has always been cooked to order and seasoned really well. Service has been pretty fantastic every time we've been here. The dining room is a little smaller than other locations, so getting a table at peak hours comes with a wait.

My go to order is the Cajun chicken sandwich and the potato skins. None of the mains come with sides, but those can be ordered a la carte. The curly fries are good as well.

I would certainly give this location a chance if you're in the area.

“I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the GM, Allen (I hope I’m spelling that correctly!), at this Wingstop. I placed a mobile order that unfortunately ended up being stolen, which was obviously frustrating, but Allen completely turned the situation around.

He was incredibly friendly, understanding, and genuinely went above and beyond to make things right. He was working in the back with another gentleman and had my replacement order made in less than 8 minutes. He even offered to cover the large drink I wanted to add to my order, which I really appreciated.

He also asked for some brownies to be thrown in, although they didn’t end up making it into the order, and honestly, that’s completely okay! The fact that he was willing to do that in the first place says a lot about the kind of manager he is.

Allen was apologetic about the mix-up, incredibly generous, and treated me like he genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. Things happen, and sometimes orders get stolen, but having someone like Allen there to handle the situation makes all the difference.

Wingstop is lucky to have a GM like him. Definitely deserves some recognition for his customer service and the way he handled an unfortunate situation. 🙌🍗“

Great overall, this was my first time i liked the look inside i do wish the tables were cleaned more often, but the food was great i got garlic parm wings and they were a bit salty for my taste but as to be expected from parm cheese, the fries were fantastic, and the drinks were nice but my guest was diabetic and wanted sweet tea with stevia in it for sweetener but you guys dont have it sadly but overall 4.9*“

“My first time ordering Wingstop, and I will absolutely be back! I went into the store to check out the full menu and decided to order the 3 tender combo tossed in Mild sauce with regular fries. The packaging was fantastic for preserving the heat of the tenders while also keeping the fries from getting soggy. The amount of food for $10 was a heck of a deal! I always see Wingstop commercials, and I am glad I tried their food as they have found a repeat customer!“

I was greeted with a smile, even though it seemed they were very busy & behind. They got orders out quickly, however mine was taking longer than usual. In the mean time, the workers made a point to update me multiple times, and each time they had a positive attitude throughout this overwhelming rush. “We came in as a couple, hoping for a quiet corner, but it was fairly busy and had a guitarist playing outdoors. The inside was fairly empty, though, so we took the furthest booth. My experiences with Milano's as a dine-in customer vs a delivery driver are like night and day. I always have good service and great food as a customer. This is the 4th time I have eaten at a Milano's with my dining companion for today. 2 of those 4 times, they've made our pizza incorrectly but, both times, they made us a new pizza and let us keep the mistake to nosh on while we waited; which is really nice of them. We had no issues today. Our server, Destiny, was very nice and accommodating. The music was able to be enjoyed from inside, as well, away from the crowd, so that was also lovely.“

“I was going to give them one star.Because the driver set my food down on the wet ground in the rain directly outside my door so I couldn't even open my door. i'm in a wheelchair and could not get my food outside of my door. I had to call someone to get it for me. I was obviously pretty upset and called the store. I was able to speak to the gm, Ryan to express my concerns about the delivery and how the driver just left my food. I was going to tip the driver cash but he didn't get a tip because of how he left the food on the ground and just left quickly. I paid with a credit card and I don't know if he thought he was not going to get a tip because of it , but he really screwed himself out of a cash tip. After speaking to ryan , I did not ask for a credit or for anything at all. However, he offered me a credit on my account for my next order.Which I appreciate greatly. While the delivery was not very good , I am very satisfied with the way ryan handled the situation. I never have a complaint about the quality of food from the location. The way Ryan handled my call and complaint gives them four stars instead of the one star that I was going to leave. I appreciate you Ryan.“
