“T.J. Chumps was busy in Miamisburg and we love to see it. My wife and I went for the Bengals game today and had wonderful experience. We weren’t approached after being sat for 10 minutes. Josh the manager came through and got our drink order. Unfortunately it wasn’t the beer I ordered. His response to this was incredible. He apologized for the wait and wrong beer and said that everything was on him. This is a Manager that cares and he went above and beyond any positive solution to the matter. We didn’t expect anything and Kirsten our server checked on us often and provided us with great service through the rest of the visit. We love Miamisburg and TJ Chumps a lot. “We came in for a pick up order yesterday. The food was fantastic. The only complaint we have is the bartender was not very willing to help . She was drinking wine and talking to a friend. But we will definitely be back. She may of been having a bad day as she was in a sweatsuit.“

The General Manager, Adrianna and staff members Timmy and Matt, are always very friendly to me and treat me like royalty every time I call, place an order and carry-out from the Miamisburg location. “Ronnie is a beast at pizza delivery and Sarena is the best Dominos Area Manager in the business. This location is always running smooth thanks to her and Ronnie. I've never heard of any problems in years.

“This evening around 7:00 my wife and I dined at your establishment. Everything was outstanding! My reason for this review is additionally thank someone I may never know. My wife and I shared a booth, she is an Alzheimer’s patient and also has a broken wrist. I sat on the same side of the booth as her and fed her as we engaged in conversation and enjoyed our meal. I removed her hair from her face and wiped her mouth as we dined. When it was time to go we were informed that another patron had paid for our meal and wished us a wonderful evening. To this wonderful, generous soul I want to extend our gratitude and pray that you receive the love, support and graciousness that you afford us. “Ok, I must first tell you that we order here just about every weekend. I order the same thing every time. One of my pizzas is very specific, "very very light sauce". I always phone in my order because I need to stress the importance of my request. Every single employee that handles my order absolutely ? honors my request and my pizza is perfection! I have only had one bad pizza in the last month at least. The girls that answer the phone never disappoint with their customer service. I so appreciate the cooks that take the time to read the instructions and then apply said instructions. It really shows everyone cares about what they're doing.
