“Great spot to grab some good food! The food here has always been cooked to order and seasoned really well. Service has been pretty fantastic every time we've been here. The dining room is a little smaller than other locations, so getting a table at peak hours comes with a wait.

My go to order is the Cajun chicken sandwich and the potato skins. None of the mains come with sides, but those can be ordered a la carte. The curly fries are good as well.

I would certainly give this location a chance if you're in the area.

“I placed a pick up order for the $3 personal pizza special they do on Tuesdays. When I arrived, there were people waiting already. I was greeted with a smile, even though it seemed they were very busy & behind. They got orders out quickly, however mine was taking longer than usual. In the mean time, the workers made a point to update me multiple times, and each time they had a positive attitude throughout this overwhelming rush. It takes a lot to not let such difficult customers, and a rush to not change your attitude (mind you, 30 minutes before they close). Shoutout everybody who worked closing shift Tuesday 6/17 🙏.“

“If you guys haven't stopped in lately please revisit. they are under new ownership and is and the owner MJ cooks great food. Try the grilled menu or fish! way better than fried. They are doing a lot to make the place nice inside and outside. They haven't changed the sign but it is not the same place. Clean food honestly cooked.“

“We came in as a couple, hoping for a quiet corner, but it was fairly busy and had a guitarist playing outdoors. The inside was fairly empty, though, so we took the furthest booth. There was only 1 table with someone at it but they were a few tables away. We had the Triple Double pizza with mushrooms and an order of cheese sticks. All very good!
My experiences with Milano's as a dine-in customer vs a delivery driver are like night and day. I always have good service and great food as a customer. This is the 4th time I have eaten at a Milano's with my dining companion for today. 2 of those 4 times, they've made our pizza incorrectly but, both times, they made us a new pizza and let us keep the mistake to nosh on while we waited; which is really nice of them. We had no issues today. Our server, Destiny, was very nice and accommodating. The music was able to be enjoyed from inside, as well, away from the crowd, so that was also lovely.“

“I was going to give them one star.Because the driver set my food down on the wet ground in the rain directly outside my door so I couldn't even open my door. i'm in a wheelchair and could not get my food outside of my door. I had to call someone to get it for me. I was obviously pretty upset and called the store. I was able to speak to the gm, Ryan to express my concerns about the delivery and how the driver just left my food. I was going to tip the driver cash but he didn't get a tip because of how he left the food on the ground and just left quickly. I paid with a credit card and I don't know if he thought he was not going to get a tip because of it , but he really screwed himself out of a cash tip. After speaking to ryan , I did not ask for a credit or for anything at all. However, he offered me a credit on my account for my next order.Which I appreciate greatly. While the delivery was not very good , I am very satisfied with the way ryan handled the situation. I never have a complaint about the quality of food from the location. The way Ryan handled my call and complaint gives them four stars instead of the one star that I was going to leave. I appreciate you Ryan.“

“I came by Saturday to get food the customer service was great I am a regular love the young lady in the window she’s so kind and sweet however she had to make a sign saying something like “do not talk to cashier outside of your order “ which is good because I witnessed young men coming in and harassing her however the food was good I always get chicken tossed in Kriket sauce my food is always bagged perfectly everything is a 5 star from me the young lady at the window makes this place feels like home and like family I love it at this place please keep it up and please keep the employees that’s what makes me revisit the most the customer service is awesome and their black owned so that’s always a plus.“

My order from Cousin Vinny’s showed up hot, fresh, and faster than I expected. Fred kept me informed the entire time, which made the whole experience even better. He was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in what he does.

“So I’m sitting outside of the west Carrollton Vinny’s as we speak and yes, I may or may not grab Vinny’s for the kids after work every Wednesday lol. Anyway I pull up and the Vinny’s worker is outside talking with a customer. He then calls me out by name, comes over to my car to grab my cash and proceeds to tell me he will just bring it out when it’s done. Absolute stand up customer service at this location each and every time.“

Turns out the awesome crew at this location was calling to tell him he left his wallet there. With $400 in cash in it!!! “Forgot part of the order in the drive through. I called to have the missing items refunded. I was told that was not possible. Both employees I spoke to were rude. I placed a complaint, and received a call back the next day. I was told I would have to drive to the location if I wanted a refund. they could not refund the card. There are plenty of choices for food, this will not be on the list again. Iwill not be back. They could care less about the customer.“

“Not my typically Pizza Hut I would go too, this Pizza Hut did not disappoint. Food was prepared in a timely manner. Food was just as good as Trenton Pizza Hut.
