I also want to give a standing ovation to Emily who was running front cash and handled one of the most rude individuals I have ever encountered in food service. He was belittling, demanding, and arrogant from the start and she never once stopped smiling or offering him the best service.“

“You know how when you’re sick and you don’t eat for a week. Wheh you start feeling better, you want those comfort foods. Nothing healthy. Straight up, COMFORT. FOOD. Well. That’s all I wanted. After being bed ridden for days, my appetite returned and all I wanted was pizza and garlic cream cheese from Cottage Inn. Got a salad, too, because it’s all about balance. Our food arrived and… no garlic cream cheese. Just my salad and dressing in a bag all by itself. I’m devastated. I pout. I call, hoping that maybe my precious garlic cream cheese fell out in the drivers car. The wonderful gentleman on the phone remembered my order, and ended up sending the driver back to drop off my precious cream cheese. Normally, I’d just say “eh, whatever”. But when you’re sick, and you’ve craving something and you’re let down.. only to have some glorious person come in and save your day! Well, folks, that’s a story for the times. Thank you to my Cottage Inn Heroes, who saved this sickly, dramatic woman's day with garlic cream cheese. Which I inhaled in an embarassingly small amount of time.“

“On November 12th my daughters threw a surprise party for my 70th birthday at Vittoria. Being in the Columbus area for only 3 1/2 years, I had not heard of Vittoria. If I had, I would have gone there frequently!! The private room we were in was gorgeous, as well as the little bit I saw in the main dining area. Food was absolutely delicious!! I love a good spaghetti, but theirs was sensational. There were 4 little kids there ...comments from two of them..3 year old girl: "that's the biggest meatball I've ever seen" 10 year old boy: "best chicken fingers I've ever had!" I've never had such great service anywhere I've gone. He was friendly, courteous, on top of everything. We had 22 people there, and I don't think it fazed him a bit. I just loved him!! I just loved this place and my hub and I will be back soon!! ❤️ ❤️“

“We had a delightful lunch today at Gallo's, from the moment entering, we were greeted by a Fine Gentleman that discussed our seating options ( Yeah, I'm a bit picky) to the time we departed with full bellies that was topped off with the Belgium Chocolate Mussee cake that was Outstanding!! Ice cold beverages and our service (Bartender) was Awesome catering to our every whim. This is definitely a MUST stop when looking for a Great place to dine!!“

“The food was phenomenal, and our server at the bar, Lindsey, was fantastic. I just wanted to mention one thing that really bothered me. Our power went out - again - in Muirfield, so we decided to go eat dinner at Moretti's. When we walked in, the hostess, who could have been the manager for all I knew, just stared at us as we walked up to the podium to request a table or seating at the bar. She just stared at us! No "hello," "Thanks for coming to Moretti's, can I help you?", nothing. I finally said we'd like to sit at the bar, and she said seating at the bar is self-service. I said thank you, and we sat down at the bar and had a fabulous dinner. My question is: With all the places to eat in the Dublin area and beyond, wouldn't you think a hostess would be grateful that you are there and at least try to make you feel welcome? Maybe I'm just old-fashioned, but it was a strange encounter.“

“We love The Little Grand, and today I tried Frascati Market for the first time. Absolutely fantastic. I got the Chicken Milanese sandwich, and their Truffle Potatoes. The sandwich...so, so good. Every part was fresh and cooked perfectly. The focaccia bread was yummy and just right. The breading on the chicken was perfectly crispy and flavorful. 10 out of 10. THE POTATOES. You would think that something as simple as smashed fingerling potatoes would be an easy slam dunk, but many places get them wrong. The potatoes at Frascati are AMAZING. Seriously. My wife is not a potato person, and she was nibbling them like, YUM. Really, really flavorful, cooked well. Did I mention the staff are lovely? 100% recommend.“

“Had a very nice experience there for a Sunday afternoon dinner. Espresso Martini and Bridgepark Manhattan were nicely done. Server was a pleasant person with quite a nice table side manner. My wife had the Tagliatelle pasta with veal and mushrooms. She said the veal was extremely tender. I had the lasagna. Large portion and very tasty. perhaps a little sauce on the side would be nice. We met the manager there and he was very accommodating. He is a long time Cameron exec and we can see why. Just the person you want to have overseeing your service. “Stopped in last night with a coworker to grab a slice and ended up trying the meatballs too! honestly some of the best Italian meatballs I've had in Columbus. Andrea was our server and she was fantastic. Super friendly, greeted us with a genuine smile, and just made the whole experience feel welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can tell she actually enjoys what she does. We'll definitely be back, and I've already been telling people about it. Great food and great service.“

The food was as good as we remembered - two different pizzas. Our server was very helpful and attentive. The highlight was when we learned they still have the French Quarter Ice Cream Torte. “I bought the Valentine box with the super cute mini cakes. What a deal and great gift idea! They are SO delicious! I love the variety you get with the eight cakes. All the cakes are super moist and the icing is not too sweet but just right! They are perfect with our morning coffee. Kudos to Pasta Ditoni's! This was a great idea! I forgot to take a picture before we almost devoured them. This is what's left, but not for long. I would definitely buy these again.“
