“We love this place! My husband and I have been here a number of times over the years, and it has always had a warm and inviting atmosphere with really great food. We’ve had all the broth options, and they are all flavorful and comforting (although chicken mushroom is my fav). The meats are good quality, and the amount you get for the money is pretty good.

Lately we have been going back for the soup dumplings which are made fresh to order and worth the wait. We’ve had both the chicken and pork, and both are delicious.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is clean and well kept. Go try it!“

“My friend and I are regulars at this Roosters location. The food is always fresh and made-to-order, and you really can’t beat their prices these days! We did have one experience where the service was very poor, which was frustrating, but I decided to give them another try. “Amy was very attentive and fast shewas yelled at by some white trash blonde with two teenage trolls she told the manager that we were served first which we were there first .she ended up getting everything paid for like she was trying to do and Amy was in trouble. the white trash was two tables away and heard out load everything she was saying. Amy our server was busting her butt 5 stars to Amy 3 stars to scramblersfor good food negative 20 stars to the white trash I hope never to see white trash again“

“Bowling here is fantastic. If the lanes are full, they'll give you a free card for the arcade while you wait.

That's not even counting the generosity they'll show if something goes wrong with your lane. Free food and a time extension.

I can't think of a better place to bowl.“

“I ordered Kung Pao Chicken for lunch. It was a beautiful combination of fresh and bright vegetables with juicy pieces of chicken. It Had the right amount of kick and the sauce was so flavorful. My favorite part of kung pao is the peanuts that help counter act the spiciness. Which grand china did not disappoint me and had a nice amount of peanuts in the dish! I also loved they used zucchini in this dish it was superb. Lunch is fairly priced at $7 a combination. I will be back to try more dishes !

April 2026 update

I tried their HUGE JUICY FRIED WINGS , were picked up on a Friday night while at the bar few doors down. Super impressed with the flavor, crispiness and size of theses wings. I already loved the traditional Chinese takeout from here and now I have to start picking up these bug juicy wings!

I do think you guys should offer some sweet n sour or even a house sauce to sell along side it too. It would have been a huge hit with the girls! They were kinda mad I had no sauce.“

“Ten Pin is a phenomenal venue. Even before the massive renovation, they were great for bowling. Now, the bowling is bigger and better. The arcade is nice, but could use a few more classic arcade games (in my opinion). The big shocker with Ten Pin is the food. Do not think this is bar or bowling alley food; I keep being wowed when I try different items each time. Talking to the staff, they said everything is scratch-made. It's all great!“

“This place has really good food but they are always out of any beer you try and order. Multiple times we have gone it is almost easier for them to tell tell us what they do have in stock than what they don't lol. Then you try and switch to a vodka drink instead but they are out of titos..“

The kitchen manager came out when we arrived and clarified everything with us, they were careful to label the gluten free products and our servers, Ashley and Chloe were so attentive. “I've been using their 9 inch buy one get one free coupon for years. Sadly, the coupon went down to 6 inches this last month. Two 6-inch subs, fries, and a drink is still a good deal for $16 though. The employees were very friendly, but the tables are weirdly sticky. It's like they need a good scrub down. Still easy recommend over A Matter of Steak in the same area.“

“tldr: awesome spot for traditional Chinese dishes and flavors, don't come for the Americanized general tso's, sesame chicken, etc. Ignore the whiny reviews from sad vegans.

This place has gone from traditional Chinese, to vegan, to exclusively ramen spot, and finally back to serving traditional Chinese dishes with some remnants of their ramen only days.

This is one of the few spots in the Columbus area where you can get good to great tastes of various regional Chinese foods. I really hope they stay in business and can continue to be a rare bright spot amongst all of the American-style Chinese restaurants.“
