Everything on the menu is delicious - and it is vegetarian friendly. You can't go wrong here. The staff really works well together as a team and they take great care of their patrons. “This is one of my very favorite restaurants. Everything my husband and I ordered last night was absolutely delicious: salmon with couscous salad side, BBQ ribs with fries and slaw, an extra side of tomato/feta salad, and carrot cake for dessert. I never thought I could eat ribs without getting messy so it was a bonus to be able to eat them without ever picking them up! They were thick and saucy without being sloppy. The sauce (house made, I was told) was sticky and coated nicely and there was a lot of meat on each bone. They were so tender that I could simply run my fork over them to eat. The slaw was different than I've ever had - not sweet but a lot of flavor without being too savory. I never go to Hudson 29 without ordering the tomato/feta side - this time is was our appetizer. We've dined here numerous times and I've never received anything I didn't like. If you like french dip sandwiches, theirs is scrumptious. It was a difficult to order something new this trip but I'm so glad I did. I think I found my new favorite meal - the BBQ ribs. We were celebrating our anniversary and our carrot cake was served with a chocolate Happy Anniversary sign on top. The wait staff was very pleasant and attentive as well. If I had any TINY wish, it would be that the restaurant wasn't quite so noisy. It can be difficult to have a conversation and hear over the noise. Eat at Hudson 29 - you won't regret it!“

“Had breakfast there yesterday with my family. Management and staff were very friendly and efficient.. manager is friendly and such a kind guy. I felt as if I was in a small town as we struck up a conversation with the booth next to ours. My son and wife had a wonderful burger and fries with a old fashioned real scooped milkshake and I had the most delicious ham and cheese omelet . I can’t say enough good things about the experience. 5 star’s! Cant wait to come back!“

“International Pizza Day... First time having Rusty Bucket Sicilian Pizza, no peppers, add Pineapple...COWABUNGA!! Hot & Spicy!! Whoa!! My sinuses are cleared out!! Did not expect that... but pleasantly SURPRISED how WOW good it is once the palate adapts... I will have to have The French Onion Soup next time. Had to follow this International Holiday as I supported Don Roberts for State Senate District 25.... The Event went VERY well. Packed!! “My wife and I were celebrating our 2 year Anniversary and it was my first time going and she had been years ago. All of the food was delicious and our waiter, Emerson, was so sweet, very helpful and attentive! Will definitely be going again soon!“

“We’ve ordered the fish tacos numerous times on site before. This time we order takeout. Some fish tacos had one piece of fish while others had two as usual. The O ring used to be the best in town. Nolonger. All batter, no onion. The sweet potato fries were soft, no flavor. Very disappointing after spending nearly $40 for two containers of greasy food. The food has taken a dive since the move from Tremont center. Should have known, Saturday evening only 4 people in the place. Used to love this place.“

SŌW Plated was founded by people who wanted to demonstrate that brain healthy and mood supportive food could also be delicious. We had a wonderful conversation with one of the owners who is interested in what I am doing with both the Academy for Addiction and Mental Health Nutrition and Eating Protein Saves Lives. “It’s been a very long time since I received great service, so this is worth sharing We set out for a causal anniversary dinner and ended up at Tupelo Honey. They seated us without a reservation and our server was the sweetest person I’ve ever encountered. At the end of our meal she brought us each a free dessert for our anniversary. This is typical for most places, but the dessert came with a card signed by the entire staff 🥰🥰🥰 They also sent us home with Tupelo Honey pint glasses. Such a sweet gesture and keepsakes.
