Food was great and staff were extraordinarily friendly! Definitely would recommend the grape and pasta salads, as well as the Jalapeño Holly and Southwest Señorita!“

“Always good. Every time! I think I’ve ordered the Picado omelette 200,000 times over the last 20 years. Definitely recommended. Always get the potatoes, “turtle shell” which means burnt crispy on one side for crunch.

“My husband and I stopped in yesterday for lunch and was able to see all of the Smashburger workers band together and fill a to-go order for 196 people. They did an amazing job. Would 100% recommend Westerville Smashburger.....with these people, you won't be disappointed! 😊“

“I came in because it was cold day and wanted something warm. There's plenty of parking, plenty of seating inside, and the inside is bright and inviting.

I really enjoy the food, it was made well and overall pretty good. I wasn't prepared for the broccoli in my ramen but it was good. The ramen was good, flavorful, and interesting. I would recommend the ramen, it's good! I didn't quite like the calamari because it was a little dry and the batter was a bit hard to eat. The dipping sauce with the calamari was not quite flavorful and it could use more seasoning.

Overall, I liked my meal and the ambiance. Staff was very nice and very helpful. My server was attentive and super cool. I had a good experience.

“Have been wanting to try this place forever and finally made it in today with my best friend, what a disappointment. Their posted hours show open till 2:30 pm, we arrived at 1:50 (plenty of time for some pancakes and coffee.) The weight staff was in full on cleanup mode and made it Very obvious they were done working for the day with the way we were greeted. I ordered decaf coffee and was told there was none left so decided to have regular and then didn't even get a full cup of that. At $4.99 a pop I need a full cup. I looked at my friend and said "they don't want to wait on us they are annoyed that they are already cleaning up and we came in" she agreed so when the server came back I politely said "we will just elsewhere we can tell you're cleaning up for the day" There was no "oh you are fine, you still have 40 minutes" or anything like that there just " are you sure?" We left and headed down the street to Delaney's Diner who would also be closing in about an hour at 3 PM but a TOTALLY different vibe. Greeted with a smile from the person at the hostess stand and 2 of the chefs even looked over and smiled and said welcome come on in! We looked at each other and said much better, we are definitely in the right place now. I've heard nothing but good things about the pancakes at the Pancake House I only wish I would have got to experience them But being treated well is more important to me than food. I understand wanting to be done work for the day believe me but it wasn't like we walked in with 3 minutes till closing. Oh well 🤷‍♀️“

I just ordered from here threw them, UBER completely screwed up and brought me freezing food 2 1/2 hours after it was picked up. UBER then refused to refund me and told me to rate scramblers as a zero for UBER screwing up my food.“

“What a great joint to grab a pie & a drink. First of all, probably the best cauliflower pizza I’ve ever had. You honestly can’t hardly tell the difference between that and the regular crust, it’s that good. We got both today, just to test things out and we are sold on the cauliflower crust. So, keto peeps and if you’re watching carbs, definitely treat yourself to a Classics pizza. The bar is SO CLEAN and the bartender was so friendly and pours a great drink. Prices are fair and the service is unmatched. The owner, friendliest guy in the world and dedicated to making this place the best it can be. Vibes are immaculate. Truly cannot say enough good things about this location- I only wish we lived closer to make it a regular staple in our delivery rotation.“

“Our first time eating here, we enjoyed our meals and the ser ice was very good. Our server Preston was very nice and recommended to my wife to order from kids menu to get a single patty burger, it was still a pretty big burger. The fries were fresh hot and many, I had the tots, they were OK but I liked the fries better. Fish and chips very good, a large piece of breaded fish well seasoned. Over all I would give them a very good rating.“

“Our favorite Mexican restaurant! We travel about 40 minutes to go there and pass a few other Mexican restaurants closer but not anywhere as good! Everything we have ever had there is good but personally I especially like the street tacos. The fish and steak ones are delicious 😋 The staff is very welcoming and nice to see the regulars time and time again.“

“We are from Texas and had to visit Columbus for my husbands job. We came here for dinner this past Thursday evening and the service was amazing. I had a very cranky baby and several of the waitstaff offered to get her a variety of different things to make her happy. I really appreciated that. I ordered the fried pickles and the fish and shrimp. The pickles were SPEARS which made me very happy as I love me some fried pickles but I can’t get spears anywhere around here. “We get the same thing everytime and it's always good! Sesame chicken, fried & white rice, and plain lo mein. I love that their lo mein doesn't have a fishy taste from a fish/oyster sauce.
