Been vegan for almost 15 years now, with an 11-year-old who has been vegan all his life, & fiancé who has been vegan 4 years now - and this was some of the most delicious mac & cheese we have ever had! All three of us ordered a different sandwich and they were all phenomenal - the buffalo chik'n special, spicy bak'n burger special, and the regular chik'n sandwich. They all came with perfectly seasoned, hot, and crispy fries. Staff was also incredibly friendly & personable. An all-around great place! We will definitely return! Highly recommended. 🫶🌱”

And the rotating flavors keep things fun and give us something to look forward to every time we go. All of the flavors are incredible - you can’t go wrong! We’ve never had one we didn’t like.

Their posted hours show open till 2:30 pm, we arrived at 1:50 (plenty of time for some pancakes and coffee.) The weight staff was in full on cleanup mode and made it Very obvious they were done working for the day with the way we were greeted. I ordered decaf coffee and was told there was none left so decided to have regular and then didn't even get a full cup of that. At $4.99 a pop I need a full cup. I looked at my friend and said "they don't want to wait on us they are annoyed that they are already cleaning up and we came in" she agreed so when the server came back I politely said "we will just elsewhere we can tell you're cleaning up for the day" There was no "oh you are fine, you still have 40 minutes" or anything like that there just " are you sure?" We left and headed down the street to Delaney's Diner who would also be closing in about an hour at 3 PM but a TOTALLY different vibe. Greeted with a smile from the person at the hostess stand and 2 of the chefs even looked over and smiled and said welcome come on in! We looked at each other and said much better, we are definitely in the right place now. I've heard nothing but good things about the pancakes at the Pancake House I only wish I would have got to experience them But being treated well is more important to me than food. I understand wanting to be done work for the day believe me but it wasn't like we walked in with 3 minutes till closing. Oh well 🤷‍♀️”

Sky has been our server the past couple times we’ve been there and she is the best! Very attentive and friendly. Our only minor complaint was the volume of the live music. It’s nice to have live music but not at the level where you need to shout to the people you are eating with and the server. We will definitely be back but may avoid live music nights and just stick to football games.”

They opened a little over a week ago and I’ve gone three times including midnight for the grand opening, met some really nice people waiting in line for that. For our wedding cake, it served 230 people (4 tiers) with Italian cream cake with strawberry filling, orange cake with chocolate ganache filling, and chocolate cake with raspberry filling covered in iced buttercream frosting...might I add, all made from SCRATCH. We received so many compliments from our guests about how excellent our cake was!”

“I need to take a moment to shout out not only next level service, but what I consider astounding integrity. Let’s unpack my latest experience at Starbucks… I drove to my New Albany Starbucks across from Torchys Tacos, and got in the drive thru line. I was greeted quickly, drive thru was moving smoothly, the voice over the system was kind and patient (I believe this is the same gentleman who handled my transaction at the window). I placed the order, (which I go get for my wife, so I have no clue what it is supposed to look like week to week FYI) and drove to the window. A pleasant, and efficient young man named Nero, (Bill/Billy) handed me my (my wife’s) drink, and I gladly accepted the offered straw and went to pay. Within seconds of placing my cup in the holder, Nero said “wait, please let me see that drink.” I obliged, thinking maybe it got mixed up with another drink, but instead I heard Nero say: “They did not add the cold foam on top.” Mind you here is the order I am asked to go get:

“Venti iced blonde shaken espresso with no classic, 3 pumps white mocha, line the cup with caramel, and salted Carmel cold foam on top :) thank you!!!“

Not exactly the simplest order I’ve been tasked with.. and this young man not only noticed that SMALL detail, he stopped me, took the drink back, FIXED THE DRINK HIMSELF, and handed me the completed beverage. I want to point out that yes it’s amazing service, but looking deeper that’s INTEGRITY. The fact he noticed proves he has incredible attention to detail, on a Sunday at 11:30am no less. It shows integrity in the fact he did not let someone else’s mistake go unfixed, and he had no obligation to interrupt work flow to fix a drink he was not the one to make incorrectly. The time it took to write this dissertation is the smallest token of my appreciation I can offer, for Nero taking the time to, and I quote.. make “the best coffee I have ever had from Starbucks in my life!!” - which is no small compliment. Keep up the amazing work, keep this young man in your sights leadership, if you don’t make ways for him, someone else might. I’ll be back with my business card soon Nero. Thank you again for the incredible experience, and inherent integrity, your parents did well.”

“My sister and I stopped at the Chick-Fil-A, in Hamilton quarter, today for lunch. A young lady (I'm sorry, I did not get her name) took our order as soon as we walked in. Our orders were delivered quickly and separately by a young man and Becky, who asked if we needed anything else. I asked for some nugget sauce and a small bag, and she delivered both quickly. She came by a few minutes later and took our drinks for refills. Before we left, she came by again and asked if there was anything else we needed. Becky was efficient, friendly and conscientious. “We stop here every time we come through back to Cincinnati. Pizza is always perfect and reminds me of back home. I’ve never had an issue and we will always make the trip off the highway to make time to support this business and enjoy amazing DiCarlo’s Pizza. If you aren’t getting this pizza Ohio Valley Style, you are missing out.

This last time I called in and ordered ahead. I was an hour out. I got there and the pizza was not ready. The guys working said “I didn’t know being an hour out that you would be here in an hour and I didn’t want you pizza just sitting on the stove”. I was 100% appreciative of this. I would have waited 30 minutes more to have a hot fresh pizza, with nice cold toppings as it was designed. Great costumer service and knowledge on how the DiCarlo’s pizza should be served. My kids also gave the pizza 10/10!”

“Haven’t stopped in here in a bit, just on a whim I came in for an early dinner. I got myself something for dine in and a to go order as well. The staff is very friendly, quite attentive. I devoured my appetiser. I got myself an order of orange chicken( I’m a basic white girl I can’t help myself) and my word it is delicious. You can tell the chef loves their craft. The price cannot be beat either! If you’re in the Polaris/westerville area and looking for quick, cheap, delicious food- you gotta come here.”

“Our family party of ten was lucky to find this restaurant was not crowded as a last minute, late afternoon choice on Valentine's Day when our planned dinner spot fell apart! Ming Flower had a very nice variety of Asian cuisine and everyone seemed to enjoy their choices. We loved the large rotating centerpiece that allowed people to easily share appetizers and entrees. The food was excellent, the service was attentive, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant!”
