“Stopped in last night with a coworker to grab a slice and ended up trying the meatballs too! honestly some of the best Italian meatballs I've had in Columbus. Andrea was our server and she was fantastic. Super friendly, greeted us with a genuine smile, and just made the whole experience feel welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can tell she actually enjoys what she does. We'll definitely be back, and I've already been telling people about it. Great food and great service.”

“Not only are the cookies fantastic, the customer service is as well. I ordered cookies from the Worthington location to be delivered for a birthday. Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.”

It’s small, clean, laid back with a decent menu of mostly fried fare That is the only negative, the whole place smells like a fryolator, you will need to wash your entire outfit, down to your skivies. It’s worth it though!”

“I recently discovered this restaurant today 09/05/2025! Through my sister. It's absolutely delicious! I'm particularly fond of their grilled chicken tenders. The Carolina Gold BBQ sauce was incredible and complemented the toast perfectly. I also had the 6 Boneless Wing Pack Carolina Gold BBQ Fries Tossed in Sauce/Dry Rub I'll definitely be returning!”

“Kitties is my favorite coffee shop in Columbus. Great quality coffee, nice outdoor seating and the best cinnamon rolls in town. My daughter loves their milk steamers. Right next to Gramercy bookstore which makes for a perfect afternoon.”

The subs were fresh and delivered promptly at the agreed upon time. They were so much better than their competitor in every way. A special shout out to Luke who took great care of us. “All Saints is a beautiful church with a wonderful friendly staff. I am not a member of the church because I live out of town but when we wanted to have our wedding closer to columbus they welcomed us with open arms. They were so flexible and kind. We worked with Katie and she made sure everything went so smoothly on our day. Pastor Bonnie was phenomenal as well, truly enjoyed meeting with her and having her marry us. She help make our day our own with so many different options to help make the ceremony perfect for us. I appreciated the ton she set at the rehearsal with reminding everyone why we were all there. Pastor Bonnie will also guide everyone through the day helping make sure every move is perfect and taking away the stress. I can not recommend all Saints Lutheran Church and Pastor Bonnie enough!”

“Really enjoyed our Saturday night dinner celebration for 9 of us celebrating my grandson’s UC graduation. From the appetizers to the desserts, the food was outstanding! The short ribs special was very good and we all agreed that the bay scallops and shrimp risotto is an outstanding dish! The entire staff is very friendly and for a busy Saturday night, we enjoyed excellent service! Highly recommend this lovely restaurant in downtown. Go a little ahead of reservation…downtown parking is somewhat limited. Thanks for a terrific celebration, Whitney House!”

So then I decided to purchase my team food this past Friday. My team loved the pizza and salad. Kudos to the individual I talked with right at 11 am about the order and paper plates. They got me everything I needed.”

I've read your requirements and I consider how it seems to you that the location is not qualifyable. “This subway location has been consistent and well done for the past 6 years of me coming here. I stumbled across it on a walk when I first moved to the area and started coming for breakfast sandwiches. It started as a convenient break from cooking and quickly became somewhere I looked forward to coming and seeing the staff. Everyone knows my order or seeks to remember it! They do get really busy and I wish for them (and as a customer) that there was a limit on online orders but I understand consistent business is a good thing!”
