“Not only are the cookies fantastic, the customer service is as well. I ordered cookies from the Worthington location to be delivered for a birthday. Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.“

“Jan did a cake for my mom's birthday a few years ago and my mom said it was the best cake she ever had. So, when my parents' 60th wedding celebration came up earlier this year, we went back to Jan! We chose her most popular flavor, the raspberry creme, and it was delicious. But, the look of the cake was so special. Sixty years ago, my mother had a small wedding and wore an embroidered suit/vest. Jan based the design of the cake on it and it was so special to my parents and a real work of art. Jan was easy to work with and had great ideas. She suggested a small two-tier cake, so my parents could take the smaller tier with them on a short trip and share their special cake with friends. Jan also made sure we had what we needed to pack everything up after the event. Thank you again, Jan!“

“My husband and I recently ordered 9 dozen cupcakes from Hilliard Station Baking Co. for our wedding. The entire experience was PERFECT! We already knew the cupcakes were delicious (my husband, his mom, and I agreed they are the best cupcakes we’ve ever had—Chocolate Supreme and Peanut Butter Cup are our faves!). What we didn’t know was how EASY it would be to order 9 dozen cupcakes and have it all be perfect with NO STRESS. The owners were wonderful to work with and every single cupcake was given the same level of care and attention to detail. It was also surprisingly easy to carry and store all of the cupcakes because of the way the owners packaged them. Plus, the cost was extremely fair, especially for how many cupcakes we purchased. We HIGHLY recommend Hilliard Station Baking Co, whether you just want to grab a quick dessert or cater for a large party!“

“Dan the Baker and Joe the Cashier have made every experience at the bakery absolutely amazing! I had my first date here with the girl I am talking to and wanted her to be my girlfriend. Joe and I talked on the phone about a fun way to add a note in one of the pastries to ask her and he absolutely NAILED it!!! Blessed to say this place will forever live in my memory as well as in my taste buds. Five stars is not enough... maybe a Michelin?“

“We often purchase pies from “Just Pies” for special events and family gatherings. Most recently we enjoyed the strawberry-rhubarb pie for the Fourth of July. The pie crust was flaky and perfect as usual. We didn’t find any strawberries in our pie though, but perhaps this is the way they make them, it did have some strawberry taste. Prices had gone up and our large size pie set us back $20. I love Just Pies, they are friendly and professional and have always enjoyed their pies, red raspberry and mixed berry in particular. With inflation, I’d love them to offer a pie baking class so I’d learn to do my own.

Dietary restrictions: I do wish they would offer a gluten free option. I always need to make my own desert to meet the needs of guests when I’m serving one of their pies to guests.“

“My wife introduced me to Pistacia Vera. She spoke highly of the macaroons and how they were so much better than another place she'd previously visited regularly.

I finally decided to try it out, and although I didn't have the macaroons, what I did have was excellent. I had the Lemon Tart and the chocolate bombe.

It's a small place, and it was very busy when I went. However, the service was quick and friendly, so being temporarily cramped for space wasn't a big issue.

They do have outdoor seating, so that's a plus on nice weather days. Overall, my visit to Pistacia Vera was well with it, and I'd recommend everyone try them out.“

I had never heard of Ri'Joyce pies, but she had all 5 star reviews on google, and reviews are a huge part of why I choose a service/product, so I was immediately intrigued! The process was very easy, I went onto the website and ordered. She reached out to let me know that she had received my order and would have it ready for pickup as requested. When I went to pick it up, we chatted, and Sharita was very friendly with a bubbly personality! She said that she is the sole baker, and takes lots of pride in her food. She told me to let her know if I had any problems at all with the cheesecake, and she would be more than happy to fix it for me. But there were no problems at all. The cheesecake was DELICIOUS! I had absolutely no complaints at all. Without a doubt, the next time I need a handmade pie, cheesecake, etc, I'm absolutely going to Ri'Joyce Pies!“

“All I can say is wow. I'm on a diet, bad idea but this place brought me out of it. The confectionaries are absolutely beautiful! You can tell the owner is an artist. I ended up getting the famous tik tok Dubai chocolate bar and was surprised at it's crunch. I also nabbed some Turkish delicates and a strawberry cake. When I say that is the best tea I have ever tasted that’s not an exaggeration. The cake was nutty and creamy with a light floral flavor and absolutely amazing.
