Not only are the cookies fantastic, the customer service is as well. I ordered cookies from the Worthington location to be delivered for a birthday. Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. Completely raw in the middle. Not cooked and gooey but RAW. The outside was was ok and flavor was fine but had to literally scoop the middles out. Very disappointed especially considering the price and throwing half out.
The cookies were ok. Definitely better available in the Columbus area however the staff was the worst. The man acted like we were a bother. Put the cookies in the box and shoved it at us and walked away without so much as a thank you,enjoy,come back again soon or anything. He literally didn't speak a word to us.
