Bakeries near Upper Arlington

“Best baked goods in town. Highly recommend“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but Jaiden at Kroger absolutely deserves one. This dude is seriously the backbone of the store. Every single time I see him, he’s constantly moving, helping customers, fixing problems, stocking shelves, answering questions, and still somehow keeping a great attitude the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and the quality of his work.

What really stands out is how professional and respectful he is to everyone. Even when the store is busy or stressful, Jaiden stays calm, friendly, and handles everything like a pro. He goes above and beyond what’s expected, and it’s obvious he puts more effort in than most employees anywhere else.

Kroger needs more workers like Jaiden because people like him are the reason customers actually want to come back. He deserves recognition, a serious raise, and honestly should be training other employees because his work ethic is on another level. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at any grocery store.“

“Crumbl… Perimeter loop. I thank you all so much for your kind Efficient service… Everyone is always so helpful. “Not only are the cookies fantastic, the customer service is as well. I ordered cookies from the Worthington location to be delivered for a birthday. Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.“

“It’s the best I’ve had in desserts“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Crumbl Grove City truly saved the night!

I can’t thank the team at Crumbl Cookie in Grove City enough! I had placed a large, last-minute order after another company cancelled on me unexpectedly, and Crumbl absolutely came through. Not only were they incredibly kind and accommodating, but they prepared and delivered fresh, warm, delicious cookies right on time.

They turned a stressful situation into a great experience, and everyone at my event loved the cookies. The customer service was amazing, the communication was fast, and the quality was perfect.

“We’ve ordered here a few times and picked up and various coffee/boba shops. Was very hesitant bc we first had Mochi donuts in Hawaii which I thought would be pretty hard to follow up BUT I was totally wrong! These are beyond delicious and I could seriously eat them all the time lol. Our kids love them too! We will be ordering every chance we get.“

“Oh. My. God. I cannot say enough good things about the food here. Their deserts are delicious. I bought their chocolate chunk cookies, scones, donut muffin, apple crisp donut cake, and the cinnamon donut. They were all delicious. I also purchased their frozen Mac and cheese; it was also amazing. And thank you so much for not also only having vegan options as well - I already have to live with Celiac, I deserve some butter and eggs in my life. 10/10 would go back!“

“Review for Crumbl Cookies in Hilliard

I recently ordered Crumbl Cookies for the entire faculty and staff at CAEC PreK-12, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! From the moment I reached out, Misha at Crumbl became the perfect outsourced partner. She took the time to explain all the various dessert options and, in a thoughtful touch, took it upon herself to choose a diverse selection of cookies to cater to everyone’s tastes.

The cookies were not only a hit—they were an absolute standout! The quality was exceptional, with each cookie fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether you like classic chocolate chip or something a bit more adventurous, Crumbl had the perfect option for everyone.

Misha’s customer service truly went above and beyond, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such dedication and care in service, and I’m grateful for how easy she made this experience.

I highly recommend Crumbl Cookies in Hilliard for any event, big or small. They nailed it!

Thank you again, Misha, and the team at Crumbl for making our faculty and staff feel appreciated and for delivering such an amazing treat!“

“Don't usually review but will do so for spectacular goodies! The bean and cheese skull bomb was so flavorful and the pb brownie quite literally melted in my mouth. I'm a pretty avid baker and sometimes hard to wow but these were 10/10! I'll be back! 🦇“

“Love this place! I ordered several large trays for an event and had the warmest family experience. I really appreciate the dedication and feel happy to support this local business. I ordered Gharaiba, Basbousas, Choc. Baklava, and Beluriah baklava. All were a HUGE hit!“

“Theyre the best, if three bites pastries are in your local coffee shop, its a green flag.“

“A very cute and cozy shop located in Old Hilliard. They mainly have cupcakes and cinnamon rolls, so something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a different type of pastry. The cupcakes are delicious and very decadent, they have many flavor options. They also serve coffee. The vibes of the shop are very cozy and the staff is very friendly and kind. It would be a great place to chat with a friend, work, or read a book. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.“

“The BEST pierogies we've ever had! They are so big and the price you pay for them is very reasonable for the size. Paired with the garlic dill sour cream - chefs kiss. Liz is so kind, sweet, and humble & it feels so homey when you walk in and see her husband and children working as a team with her. I eye her insta page weekly to see what kind of goodies shes cookin up.“

“You know you are loved when you come home from work and there is a Pattycake pink bakery box on the counter. A lemon cupcake ended the day in the most perfect way. Thank you for being AWESOME bakers! I love everything that I have had over the years.“

“We were looking for a last minute cake for the 2 year old in our life. This bakery was recommended a while ago on a Facebook page so I thought we’d give it a try after looking at what they offered. The staff was amazing and made sure they asked if it was for a birthday. They put a chocolate ‘Happy Birthday’ candy on top and gave us candles, a cake cutter and matches. Really a thoughtful gift to help celebrate her birthday. She LOVED the chocolate cloud cake since it mixed her favorites both berries and chocolate. We can’t wait to go back and try the other yummy options.“

“Thank you SO much Bakes by Lo for our amazing wedding cake. It was so moist and delicious, and all of our guests loved it. You made our day so special, thank you so much again!“

“I highly recommend the Cupcakery. I did extensive research (tastings!), received many quotes and decided on them based on their great flavor. I could not have asked for better people to work with planning a covid wedding. I am thankful for their flexibility and support. The cake and cupcakes the day of tasted SO GOOD! The lighted display was worth every penny. I am beyond happy with my choice!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! Cant wait for my anniversary cake!“

“Placed a last minute order online, her online system glitched and wasn’t meant to allow anymore orders to come through. Being a business owner myself I understand technology is great when it wants to work haha. She was still able to accommodate my pie which I was beyond grateful for. Can’t wait to give this pie a try I just know it is going to be fantastic!“

“What a great experience today trying this place for the first time! Everything looked delicious! My friends and I tried several things sharing what we ordered. Great cozy atmosphere and a great place to relax and unwind. Also tried a couple of the seasonal lattes that were really good! The staff were very friendly, and Henry made us feel so welcome! Will be back!“

“The egg sandwich is truly amazing. Perfect!!!“

“Delicious Lattes! Nice atmosphere!“

“The only thing I buy here is the classic white, but it is so much better than the kind you get at the supermarket. Perfect for making sandwiches and fills you up because there are actually ingredients in it instead of air. Have almost bought the pepperoni roll a couple of times, but haven’t been in need when visiting, so will hopefully get to do so soon. It also just smells incredible when you are in there.“
