“I don’t usually leave reviews, but Jaiden at Kroger absolutely deserves one. This dude is seriously the backbone of the store. Every single time I see him, he’s constantly moving, helping customers, fixing problems, stocking shelves, answering questions, and still somehow keeping a great attitude the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and the quality of his work.

What really stands out is how professional and respectful he is to everyone. Even when the store is busy or stressful, Jaiden stays calm, friendly, and handles everything like a pro. He goes above and beyond what’s expected, and it’s obvious he puts more effort in than most employees anywhere else.

Kroger needs more workers like Jaiden because people like him are the reason customers actually want to come back. He deserves recognition, a serious raise, and honestly should be training other employees because his work ethic is on another level. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at any grocery store.“

I recently ordered Crumbl Cookies for the entire faculty and staff at CAEC PreK-12, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! From the moment I reached out, Misha at Crumbl became the perfect outsourced partner. She took the time to explain all the various dessert options and, in a thoughtful touch, took it upon herself to choose a diverse selection of cookies to cater to everyone’s tastes.

The cookies were not only a hit—they were an absolute standout! The quality was exceptional, with each cookie fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether you like classic chocolate chip or something a bit more adventurous, Crumbl had the perfect option for everyone.

In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. “The bakery items have very unique flavor profiles and creative hand made designs. They are so good!!! There are some usual options and then others that change each week or month. We got the cherry brownie and grape white chocolate chip cookie. They opened at 9 and we were there around 10:20am. There was a line, and some items were sold out.“

“We were looking for a last minute cake for the 2 year old in our life. This bakery was recommended a while ago on a Facebook page so I thought we’d give it a try after looking at what they offered. The staff was amazing and made sure they asked if it was for a birthday. They put a chocolate ‘Happy Birthday’ candy on top and gave us candles, a cake cutter and matches. Really a thoughtful gift to help celebrate her birthday. She LOVED the chocolate cloud cake since it mixed her favorites both berries and chocolate. We can’t wait to go back and try the other yummy options.“

“A long overdue review for Sweet CLE-‘bus! My family is obsessed with these pierogis. We have been countless times and they are consistently fresh and delicious!! And the rotating flavors keep things fun and give us something to look forward to every time we go. All of the flavors are incredible - you can’t go wrong! We’ve never had one we didn’t like.
