“It was very expensive for a pretzel. Nice service, but .... I hate it when you pay, and it asks for a tip.. while I understand the reasoning behind tips at sit down restaurants and delivering things to your house. I do not understand why they now think you should tip everywhere.“

“10:15am Thursday 3/10/22 1. women's Bathroom filthy. 2. women's bathroom door wouldn't lock. 3. husband said men's bathroom was disgusting. 4. floors appeared not swept or mopped 5. donuts on rack, not in showcase. we had to look over the showcase to see what was available. 6. one employee was prepping a breakfast sandwich and had a slab of cheese then a pc of sausage just laying there waiting for the toaster. 7. lids covering hot food behind prep table filthy. 8. hubby got 2 chocolate cake donuts with chocolate icing which they put in the bottom of the bag then they put my cruellers on top with no wax paper in between. 9. no offer of napkins 10. floors filthy behind counter. 11. filthy store ...... ITS A SHAME!“

“Absolutely the best pie place in the area. Fresh, homemade & delightful. When I say my family & I am soooo glad I found this place, I mean it. They are now a staple at our family gatherings & offer small personal pies 🥧 where you can still share with someone & get your sweet fix without over indulging. Great customer service. The peanut butter pie & peaches & cream were a hit this go around. And they have chicken pot pies...Omgoodness

“Love this place! I ordered several large trays for an event and had the warmest family experience. I really appreciate the dedication and feel happy to support this local business. I ordered Gharaiba, Basbousas, Choc. Baklava, and Beluriah baklava. All were a HUGE hit!“

“We ordered a smores cake for my son's birthday. I called on the drive from Cleveland to Columbus to ask if they had candles. The man who answered was so friendly and kind. He explained that candles and a cake cutter (with built in matches) are included with the purchase. He also told me to drive safe and take my time getting there. The girls working were friendly and did a beautiful job on the cake. I will 100% return! Oh and the cake was absolutely delicious!
This place could easily train multiple other places on how to interact with customers. What a gem of a find!“

“I usually come to this location a few times a year. Always love the bread and have gotten good service. But today I went in and Joy helped me and was truly just amazing. So kind, great energy, and I just left feeling really GOOD. It really made me want to come back more often because I walked in and she treated me like family.

Today I got a pepperoni roll and some of the scones/cinnamon rolls. All incredible! I got to try a sample of the cheese/garlic bread and will absolutely get a loaf of that next time. Very good!“

“I absolutely love the young lady who works there on weekdays in the afternoon. I wish I knew her name. She is so kind. My husband and I go to Polaris for him to sit in the massage chair and me to shop. I always stop in to get a Diet Coke, PB cookies and a samich cookie. And the cookies are so good! And occasionaly I get a macadamia nut for hubby, I’m allergic to tree nuts. She always asks about allergies to not contaminate!“

“Sue at Le Gateau is absolutely phenomenal at making and designing wedding cakes. She incorporated our style and suggestions into the design and it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. She is a true professional who takes pride in her work, understands the importance of quality and ensures that every last detail is perfect and delicious. I am so thankful that my friend, who hired Sue for her wedding, recommended her business to us. For our wedding cake, it served 230 people (4 tiers) with Italian cream cake with strawberry filling, orange cake with chocolate ganache filling, and chocolate cake with raspberry filling covered in iced buttercream frosting...might I add, all made from SCRATCH. We received so many compliments from our guests about how excellent our cake was!“

“Mom and I stopped by for an impromptu coffee at the Lewis Center location. Had the best Yemeni coffee with cream and cardamom. The pistachio milk cake was delicious. Wonderful customer service and atmosphere. Imen and her sister were a delight . They were so sweet and informative. Looking forward to trying our honeycomb bread, saved it for later. Hope to see you at the Columbus Coffee Festival 🤗 If you have not tried this place , I recommend 1000%. Oh and btw for the review claiming racism against white folks , we are “white “ .
