“I just wanted to thank the team at this Starbucks. I stopped by on a very A very busy Memorial Day. I had several packages and set them in a chair as I drank my coffee with my friends. Well, when I left, I must’ve dropped one of the packages and not noticed, This team was kind enough to take the package back to the Ralph Lauren factory outlet store nearby. That Store then looked up my information and called me and let me know they were going to ship the shirt back to me! Sadly, these days it’s hard to find someone that goes to that much trouble to help a customer out, but this team did and I just wanna say thank you so very much!”
