“One of these times I'm going to get a photo of my favorite item to order here... I keep just eating it once it gets to the table because it's sooooo irresistible!! I love to get the grilled steak dip sandwich, dont forget to add the sautéed mushrooms and onions. Dipping this bad boy into the aus jus... IS MAGICAL!! 🤩 the steak is the perfect thickness with great texture, each bite getting that gooey cheese, then sautéed onions and mushroom chunks ... Soooo delightful!! Pair it with a side of waffle fries, and you might just be dreaming about this sandwich over and over after the first bite like me... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! ^_^ so yummy...“

“First time trying this place, and it was great. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the restaurant was clean. Everyone really enjoyed their food, and we had plenty of left overs. Fried rice was the best, and the wife liked her sweet and sour chicken. I got the chicken lo mein and is the best I've had. We will be back to this place. We may even make it a weekly visit. Too bad they don't have onion rings, I bet they would be awesome.
Parking: Alot of open parking, will not be a b issue.“

“We are regulars here. The staff are friendly and hard working. Not afraid to have a conversation with you and they will make your order right without issue. They have other locations but we prefer this location based upon the employees we encounter and the food being so on point.“

“Stumbled on the diner after antiquing in Sunbury and heading back to Worthington. I've only had the autumn salad, my friend had the chicken wrap and my husband the club sandwich. Everything was great! Love the atmosphere and friendliness of staff.“

“My boyfriend and I drove all the way from Pittsburgh to try out Chicken Salad Chick (as we do not have one in PA), and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. Food was great and staff were extraordinarily friendly! Definitely would recommend the grape and pasta salads, as well as the Jalapeño Holly and Southwest Señorita!“

“Always good. Every time! I think I’ve ordered the Picado omelette 200,000 times over the last 20 years. Definitely recommended. Always get the potatoes, “turtle shell” which means burnt crispy on one side for crunch.

“We love the restaurant, however we watched a bus person clean a table and leave the unused coffee cups on it…after people had sat there and handled them. The cups should be removed immediately when not needed. I hope this is not common practice.“

“Very neat brewery with plenty of space for different vibes. You have the bar area, the pond patio, the arcade, and then the outdoor concert area. So cool!
As a non-IPA drinker, was disappointed in the selection of beer. Aside from IPAs and pale ales, there was one each of lager, seltzer, and stout (15%). Ended up going with the stout which was very tasty, but only stayed long enough for just the one drink due the ABV.
They had a Mexican food truck which was delicious!“

“My husband and I stopped in yesterday for lunch and was able to see all of the Smashburger workers band together and fill a to-go order for 196 people. They did an amazing job. Would 100% recommend Westerville Smashburger.....with these people, you won't be disappointed! 😊“

“FRIES are just like the ones you get at the fairs. Great burgers and wraps. We come from Mansfield once or twice a month to Meat up with family and friends from other areas. It's not fancy but you can share conversions time together just as if you were at home! Only problem is the vinegar packets the bottle for us would be easier!“

“I came in because it was cold day and wanted something warm. There's plenty of parking, plenty of seating inside, and the inside is bright and inviting.
I really enjoy the food, it was made well and overall pretty good. I wasn't prepared for the broccoli in my ramen but it was good. The ramen was good, flavorful, and interesting. I would recommend the ramen, it's good! I didn't quite like the calamari because it was a little dry and the batter was a bit hard to eat. The dipping sauce with the calamari was not quite flavorful and it could use more seasoning.
Overall, I liked my meal and the ambiance. Staff was very nice and very helpful. My server was attentive and super cool. I had a good experience.
I would recommend for a good meal and great staff. It's a great place for a group, a casual date, or great meal!“

“Have been wanting to try this place forever and finally made it in today with my best friend, what a disappointment. Their posted hours show open till 2:30 pm, we arrived at 1:50 (plenty of time for some pancakes and coffee.) The weight staff was in full on cleanup mode and made it Very obvious they were done working for the day with the way we were greeted. I ordered decaf coffee and was told there was none left so decided to have regular and then didn't even get a full cup of that. At $4.99 a pop I need a full cup. I looked at my friend and said "they don't want to wait on us they are annoyed that they are already cleaning up and we came in" she agreed so when the server came back I politely said "we will just elsewhere we can tell you're cleaning up for the day" There was no "oh you are fine, you still have 40 minutes" or anything like that there just " are you sure?" We left and headed down the street to Delaney's Diner who would also be closing in about an hour at 3 PM but a TOTALLY different vibe. Greeted with a smile from the person at the hostess stand and 2 of the chefs even looked over and smiled and said welcome come on in! We looked at each other and said much better, we are definitely in the right place now. I've heard nothing but good things about the pancakes at the Pancake House I only wish I would have got to experience them But being treated well is more important to me than food. I understand wanting to be done work for the day believe me but it wasn't like we walked in with 3 minutes till closing. Oh well 🤷♀️“

I just ordered from here threw them, UBER completely screwed up and brought me freezing food 2 1/2 hours after it was picked up. UBER then refused to refund me and told me to rate scramblers as a zero for UBER screwing up my food.“
“This restaurant was a great find during 614 restaurant week. Have been back 3 times since. The service has been outstanding!! Food quality and menu diversity is awesome!! Website does not show full menu for lunch. But for me, a top 5 place to eat. Then again, maybe I don't get out enough.“

“Ive been here numerous times since they opened. Ive never been dissapointed by their food or staff. They are all so kind and the chef's do a phenomenal job. The food is amazing. This place is a must try for all. I like the fact their is 2 sides to this gem. A quieter meeting area side for family and friend casual dining and a side for the folks who enjoy watching games and a cold beer.“
