Greeted at front door by Ricky, who threw a temper tantrum by throwing menus and serving up attitude to assert his power before we were seated, and then all those at our table were given not just dirty utensils but utensils with (somebody's!) fresh, wet food still on every single piece, wrapped in clean napkins.
