“Went for my first time for valentines day and the atmospere was dope. Food was good and service was onpoint. My wife got the special of the night drink and I got the burbon which was good. Will be going again for a date night. I got the barbecoa tacos for my dinner which was good. For an appetizer we got the guac and the stir fry shrimp which was delicious.“

“We are beyond impressed by the food, great owner, friendly chef, and fantastic experience at Golden Fried Chicken and Fish. This is the place if you’re looking for true southern-style fried catfish. My husband and I went here for lunch. There was plenty of parking and a steady flow of folks in and out for good reason. The owner, J.R., greeted us as soon as we walked in. He was very helpful, informative, and so nice. His staff clearly respects him, and he runs a great shop. It only took 10 minutes to get all our food steaming hot and fresh. I ordered the catfish dinner. My husband ordered the Golden Combo. Just, wow. The flavor on this is 10/10. The last time I had catfish this good was when we were down south. Golden Fried Chicken and Fish is the best catfish in Columbus. Great business, incredible food. We can’t say enough great things.“

Let me tell you the fish is hands down just flavorful and delicious it will make you feel like you never had fish before. “Windward Passage was a fantastic experience!! Our server Emma was top notch! We loved the nautical theme. We visited to (silently) celebrate my birthday. I had the Oysters on the half shell (large plump, meaty, not gritty), King Crab legs (sweet, firm), Lobster tail (South African, cold water tail - large, plump, sweet, tender, juicy), Clam chowder (average, but good). My partner (not the seafoodie) opted for chicken fingers and fries. We loved the casual (not posh/stuffy) vibe. Emma was on top of EVERYTHING even having a few other table near us. She was not pushy in regard to time or up-selling. All of our requests were fulfilled. The dinner from course to course was timed perfectly. Winward Passage even provided a couple elements we haven't experienced in quite a while.“

“Went on Valentine’s Day without reservations. Were told a 45 minute wait for a table, or immediate seating at the bar. We chose to sit at the bar. Our waiter Maurice was quick to provide service and very friendly and informative. We both ordered the pacific combo and it was delivered in probably 10 minutes! It was outstanding and we were so stuffed we couldn’t even finish it, all the crab legs were filled with meat (never got an empty one) and everything was exceptional. We drove 2 hours to eat here and would do it again! Thank you Maurice!“

“We had a 630 reservation and valentine's day and we're not seated until 7. The lobby was jammed with people waiting to be seated but had no where else to go. We also stood and watched as multiple people that got to the restaurant after us, were seating before us. We also were not compensated for anything.“

“I went thru the drive thru, and when I received my food, there were no condiments, and I was specific about adding them.
The worker told me I had to go thru the line again for condiments 😳 by the time I went through the line, my food was cold! Poor service.“

“First and foremost, I’d like to thank Simon the bartender for making my first time at The Pearl an experience. Words can’t describe how great of a host he was. Simon recommended nothin but best drinks and food. He didn’t miss. First was N’Awlins Oysters were phenomenal and the Hanger Steak was out of this world! The pearl is a classic vibe with an upbeat aesthetic. If you’re thinking about going here, don’t second-guess it just go!!
