Free birthday dessert was warm butter cake with fresh fruit, ice cream and raspberry sauce. Absolute perfection and amazing service. Thank you for a great celebration.“

“Went on Valentine’s Day without reservations. Were told a 45 minute wait for a table, or immediate seating at the bar. We chose to sit at the bar. Our waiter Maurice was quick to provide service and very friendly and informative. We both ordered the pacific combo and it was delivered in probably 10 minutes! It was outstanding and we were so stuffed we couldn’t even finish it, all the crab legs were filled with meat (never got an empty one) and everything was exceptional. “Really enjoyed SoCal Kitchen + Bar. We started by sharing the Brussels sprouts, stuffed garlic bread, and guacamole, and all three were a hit. The Brussels sprouts were especially good and had so much flavor.

For my meal, I had the Chili Peanut Chicken Bowl without cucumber because of my allergy, and it was delicious. The peanut sauce was so good, and everything in the bowl worked really well together. I also ordered the For the Win cocktail and loved it. It was fresh, fruity, and not overly sweet.

One of the best parts of the experience was our server. We had several different food allergies in our group, and he handled everything so well. He was patient, helpful, and made sure everyone felt comfortable ordering. It made the whole meal feel easy and enjoyable.

It is nice to see someone in charge going above and beyond in this day and age. I asked a server his name because I was so impressed. She said his name is Ken and they love when he is on duty with them. I wanted to make sure his efforts did not go unnoticed.“

My husband and I went here for lunch. There was plenty of parking and a steady flow of folks in and out for good reason. The owner, J.R., greeted us as soon as we walked in. He was very helpful, informative, and so nice. His staff clearly respects him, and he runs a great shop. It only took 10 minutes to get all our food steaming hot and fresh. Yesterday July 25, 2026 my daughter and her friend bought home some chicken wings from here and omg the best chicken wings I've tried in Columbus they were very well seasoned and crispy. “5/5 Stars Firebirds in Polaris is such a cozy local spot right close to home! I got the fish tacos, and both the fish and the salsa were remarkably fresh. “A week ago I was hosting a baby shower at the Goodyear Heights Metro Park. I ran out of taco meat immediately googled taco places near me. La Loma was less than half a mile. I called them and asked if they could make me pan of taco meat on a busy busy Friday night for them. They said absolutely by the time I drove there they had my food ready and threw in some extras, they literally saved my party. Most people didn’t even know. I ran out cause I was back in under five minutes. The food was amazing and they were such a friendly staff 10 out of 10 recommend“
