“We were invited to the VIP opening and because we absolutely LOVE Firebirds, we went. They definitely did NOT disappoint at all! - The service, the food, the drinks were incredible! (Shout out to Jig for being so attentive and awesome! We returned this weekend for the $19.95 Rib Special they were running for Labor Day Weekend and the food and service were top notch! Firebirds New Albany is a great addition to New Albany and we look forward to being regulars!“

“Went on Valentine’s Day without reservations. Were told a 45 minute wait for a table, or immediate seating at the bar. We chose to sit at the bar. Our waiter Maurice was quick to provide service and very friendly and informative. We both ordered the pacific combo and it was delivered in probably 10 minutes! It was outstanding and we were so stuffed we couldn’t even finish it, all the crab legs were filled with meat (never got an empty one) and everything was exceptional. Fast forward to today July 26, 2026 my daughter and I ate here for lunch I got the catfish sandwich (sub) with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, banana peppers with a tarter sauce combo (excuse the bite I couldn't help myself, it looked super good and was/is) with fries and a faygo twist $8.99 🔥 my daughter got the 3 piece wing dinner with fries and a faygo twist $4.99 🔥. “A week ago I was hosting a baby shower at the Goodyear Heights Metro Park. I ran out of taco meat immediately googled taco places near me. La Loma was less than half a mile. I called them and asked if they could make me pan of taco meat on a busy busy Friday night for them. They said absolutely by the time I drove there they had my food ready and threw in some extras, they literally saved my party. Most people didn’t even know. I ran out cause I was back in under five minutes. The food was amazing and they were such a friendly staff 10 out of 10 recommend“

Today I met a friend there for dinner and we got Ismaelas a server. He got mad at us because our drinks weren't right. All we did was ask for something different. He did not like that. We got our new drinks after about 10 minutes. We ordered our food and he even repeated back to us what we were ordering as he was writing it down. Once our food came mine had onions and pico. Neither of which I eat. We waited a few minutes for him to come back around and I told him about my issue. He looked mad that I did not want the onions on my food. Literal just gave me a dirty look.I told him to just take it back and I do not need a replacement. My friend did eat his tacos. He didn't come back over to our table for a while. My buddy ran out of his drink for maybe 15-20 minutes. We told the lady at the counter but she didn't seem to care. Hopefully someone does. I've brought a lot of people to this establishment and I myself have spent a ton of money there bringing my family of 5. Ive left good reviews and always spoke highly of this place. I've always bragged about how they have it figured out. Well, today has somewhat ruined it for me. Never once were we rude or out of line. I'm guessing Ismael was having a bad day. Maybe I'll come back later in the future, maybe not. That's sucks because I really like their food.“

“I dined here for the first time yesterday and order the Fettuccine Alfredo w/chicken and a Caesar salad…both were absolutely delicious, the flavor was amazing and so was the Moscato wine which had the perfect amount of sweetness that I like! The breadsticks were amazing, they melt in your mouth. My server Aaron, was excellent, great personality with a wonderful sense of humor! I will definitely be back and will be making Milanos a regular place to have dinner! If you’ve never been here, I totally recommend giving Milano’s a try!!!“

“Not the most appealing appearance on the outside and not the best location but.....HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE BEST CHINESE FOOD IN COLUMBUS. I have eaten here since I was 9 years old. I have TASTED every Chinese restaurant in Columbus and this is the BEST,in my opinion! My family and friends also agree. Literally the entire family, from grandma, mom and dad, siblings, and all of our kids , it's the Best.

My absolute favorite place in Columbus been going there since I was about 11 years old and I’m 39 now Family goes there. My children have grown up loving it don’t get it wrong. We go all over and try every Pl., Reynoldsburg Pickerington, Westerville, Arlington, Dublin, West Side, Columbus Hilliard, any place we can find Chinese food we have tried throughout the years and still believe Golden House is 💯#🥇🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“

“My family had JD’s today and everything was hot and delicious! My son said the all beef hot dog was BUSSIN! Lol but seriously the whole wings were crispy and flavorful. The pizza was fine the wings were horrible very wet without hot sauce It seems like they pour water in a hot sauce bottle shake it up and then pour it on the chicken because the chicken had no taste but you can smell the hot sauce. My son and I were confused about how the chicken was so wet but didn't see any hot sauce on the chicken. I don't know what type of sauce that was but it was horrible No flavor and just watery.“

“We met for lunch for my child's 21st birthday. I brought 'birthday candle sparklers' and told our server so it would not alarm anyone if we lit them. She asked if she could keep them at her station until we were ready. When the time came, she unexpectedly carried in such a beautiful presentation of cake slices and embellishments with the sparklers lit and ready! Then played the 'happy birthday' song over the intercom. Besides the delicious food and great atmosphere, I was so charmed by how much care went into our birthday celebration. They can deep fry fish...
They can deep fry shrimp ..
They can make hush puppies 98% of the time 2% chalked up to them being hard as a rock..
NEVER HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAKE DECENT FRIES
3/3 recent visits these new waffle fries are hard like they either refried them or over-fried them.
