Firebirds New Albany is a great addition to New Albany and we look forward to being regulars!“

“Went on Valentine’s Day without reservations. Were told a 45 minute wait for a table, or immediate seating at the bar. We chose to sit at the bar. Our waiter Maurice was quick to provide service and very friendly and informative. We both ordered the pacific combo and it was delivered in probably 10 minutes! It was outstanding and we were so stuffed we couldn’t even finish it, all the crab legs were filled with meat (never got an empty one) and everything was exceptional. We took home dessert. Coming here was the best decision we made last weekend.“

“We really enjoyed our meals here. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly, tender and great flavor. The wood fired chicken was equally good. We would've preferred the roasted vegetables be a bit more cooked. They were hot but basically still raw. The desserts that came with the 3 course meal were all tasty and generous in size. Would definitely recommend the creme brulee cheesecake... outstanding. The only thing that kept this from 5 stars is the ridiculously cold air conditioning. Our server said she'd talk to the manager about it, but nothing ever changed. The food cooled off very quickly, and we were frozen by the end of the meal.“

“A week ago I was hosting a baby shower at the Goodyear Heights Metro Park. I ran out of taco meat immediately googled taco places near me. La Loma was less than half a mile. I called them and asked if they could make me pan of taco meat on a busy busy Friday night for them. They said absolutely by the time I drove there they had my food ready and threw in some extras, they literally saved my party. Most people didn’t even know. I ran out cause I was back in under five minutes. The food was amazing and they were such a friendly staff 10 out of 10 recommend“

Today I met a friend there for dinner and we got Ismaelas a server. He got mad at us because our drinks weren't right. All we did was ask for something different. He did not like that. We got our new drinks after about 10 minutes. We ordered our food and he even repeated back to us what we were ordering as he was writing it down. Once our food came mine had onions and pico. Neither of which I eat. We waited a few minutes for him to come back around and I told him about my issue. He looked mad that I did not want the onions on my food. Literal just gave me a dirty look.I told him to just take it back and I do not need a replacement. My friend did eat his tacos. He didn't come back over to our table for a while. My buddy ran out of his drink for maybe 15-20 minutes. We told the lady at the counter but she didn't seem to care. Hopefully someone does. I've brought a lot of people to this establishment and I myself have spent a ton of money there bringing my family of 5. Ive left good reviews and always spoke highly of this place. I've always bragged about how they have it figured out. Well, today has somewhat ruined it for me. Never once were we rude or out of line. I'm guessing Ismael was having a bad day. Maybe I'll come back later in the future, maybe not. That's sucks because I really like their food.“

“I dined here for the first time yesterday and order the Fettuccine Alfredo w/chicken and a Caesar salad…both were absolutely delicious, the flavor was amazing and so was the Moscato wine which had the perfect amount of sweetness that I like! The breadsticks were amazing, they melt in your mouth. My server Aaron, was excellent, great personality with a wonderful sense of humor! I will definitely be back and will be making Milanos a regular place to have dinner! If you’ve never been here, I totally recommend giving Milano’s a try!!!“

“Not the most appealing appearance on the outside and not the best location but.....HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE BEST CHINESE FOOD IN COLUMBUS. I have eaten here since I was 9 years old. I have TASTED every Chinese restaurant in Columbus and this is the BEST,in my opinion! My family and friends also agree. Literally the entire family, from grandma, mom and dad, siblings, and all of our kids , it's the Best.

My absolute favorite place in Columbus been going there since I was about 11 years old and I’m 39 now Family goes there. My children have grown up loving it don’t get it wrong. We go all over and try every Pl., Reynoldsburg Pickerington, Westerville, Arlington, Dublin, West Side, Columbus Hilliard, any place we can find Chinese food we have tried throughout the years and still believe Golden House is 💯#🥇🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“

“I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and some hot chicken wings. The pizza was fine the wings were horrible very wet without hot sauce It seems like they pour water in a hot sauce bottle shake it up and then pour it on the chicken because the chicken had no taste but you can smell the hot sauce. My son and I were confused about how the chicken was so wet but didn't see any hot sauce on the chicken. I don't know what type of sauce that was but it was horrible No flavor and just watery.“

“Wasn’t perfect, but closer to 5 stars than to 4 stars. Food was excellent. The server was not attentive or informed. I had to ask for dessert options. He’s getting a good tip, but he needs to know he can do better.
I had the prime rib, they had the pork tenderloin and the kabobs. Everyone loved it.

7/10/2026. Here’s an update.:
Let me preface this with the fact that our server was A-1, first class: Donya. But my prime rib was lukewarm when delivered. Salt shaker (grinder) didn’t work. Had to get one from a nearby empty table. It didn’t work. Waited for server to come by. She went to get a salt shaker somewhere. 5 minutes later, the lukewarm prime was now mostly cold. Been here many times. This was the only time it was bad, and it was pretty bad. A different server came out with our appetizer (sushi). She took it and set it down at the wrong table. Then the server who was behind her gave her a brief instruction so she took it to another table. Then the server gave her more instructions and she finally got the twice-offered appetizer to us. Not a good experience this time. Sorry.“

From the second I walked in, they were moving like a NASCAR pit crew mixed with customer service ninjas. If management is reading this: I’m not being dramatic when I say Cody and K’Jon are the reason people come back. Give them a raise, give them a promotion, give them a key to the building, I don’t care. “This was my first time here, I loved the food. I got the broiled seafood platter with a crab cake, a mixed drink, and cheesecake for dessert. It was an excellent dinner. The presentation was very good, nothing over the top. The portions were perfect.

The scallops, crab cake, and mashed potatoes were the highlight of the meal. I really enjoyed it overall. The shrimp was slightly overcooked but it was good.

The food was ready quite quickly and it was piping hot, very happy with the kitchen. Nothing was wrong.

My waiter was Justin tonight. Please send him my regards. Thank you for a great birthday dinner. I wasn't having a good day and I was kinda sad to have dinner alone. But he was helpful and welcoming. I appreciate that he listened to what I was asking and gave clear suggestions and info on the menu. And I really appreciate the ice cream and candle, that was a nice touch.

He strongly contributed to making the experience great for me and I appreciate his professionalism. He was attentive and respectful.

The only thing I would say I disliked from the experience was the arrangement of tables. I was hoping there would be a more private booth somewhere. I was also hoping that the atmosphere would be a bit more upscale. It was definitely a grade above casual, but the interior was underwhelming in the style and arrangement. It still felt too casual for the menu and reputation. The dining area is smaller than expected and it felt cramped.

Cheaper than Ocean Club, only slightly lower quality food preparation. Definitely worth a visit if you don't want to spend $200 per person at Ocean Club.“

They can deep fry fish...
They can deep fry shrimp ..
They can make hush puppies 98% of the time 2% chalked up to them being hard as a rock..
NEVER HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAKE DECENT FRIES
3/3 recent visits these new waffle fries are hard like they either refried them or over-fried them.
If only y'all could get the fries right!!!
