“We were invited to the VIP opening and because we absolutely LOVE Firebirds, we went. They definitely did NOT disappoint at all! - The service, the food, the drinks were incredible! (Shout out to Jig for being so attentive and awesome! We returned this weekend for the $19.95 Rib Special they were running for Labor Day Weekend and the food and service were top notch! Firebirds New Albany is a great addition to New Albany and we look forward to being regulars!“

“Went on Valentine’s Day without reservations. Were told a 45 minute wait for a table, or immediate seating at the bar. We chose to sit at the bar. Our waiter Maurice was quick to provide service and very friendly and informative. We both ordered the pacific combo and it was delivered in probably 10 minutes! It was outstanding and we were so stuffed we couldn’t even finish it, all the crab legs were filled with meat (never got an empty one) and everything was exceptional. We drove 2 hours to eat here and would do it again! Thank you Maurice!“

“I had heard good things so I took my GF for a date night to Firebirds. We showed up to our reservation and it was busy, but we didn’t wait long. The atmosphere was great, the place had a great vibe, and our service was excellent. We both ordered their 3 course special and our favorite part was the brownie sundae! Also I hate deviled eggs and tolerated them…my gf loves deviled eggs and was obsessed! The steak and sides were good but the steak was on the crispy side. Still loved it!“

Today I met a friend there for dinner and we got Ismaelas a server. He got mad at us because our drinks weren't right. All we did was ask for something different. He did not like that. We got our new drinks after about 10 minutes. We ordered our food and he even repeated back to us what we were ordering as he was writing it down. Once our food came mine had onions and pico. Neither of which I eat. We waited a few minutes for him to come back around and I told him about my issue. He looked mad that I did not want the onions on my food. Literal just gave me a dirty look.I told him to just take it back and I do not need a replacement. My friend did eat his tacos. He didn't come back over to our table for a while. My buddy ran out of his drink for maybe 15-20 minutes. We told the lady at the counter but she didn't seem to care. Hopefully someone does. I've brought a lot of people to this establishment and I myself have spent a ton of money there bringing my family of 5. Ive left good reviews and always spoke highly of this place. I've always bragged about how they have it figured out. Well, today has somewhat ruined it for me. Never once were we rude or out of line. I'm guessing Ismael was having a bad day. Maybe I'll come back later in the future, maybe not. That's sucks because I really like their food.“

“I dined here for the first time yesterday and order the Fettuccine Alfredo w/chicken and a Caesar salad…both were absolutely delicious, the flavor was amazing and so was the Moscato wine which had the perfect amount of sweetness that I like! The breadsticks were amazing, they melt in your mouth. My server Aaron, was excellent, great personality with a wonderful sense of humor! I will definitely be back and will be making Milanos a regular place to have dinner! If you’ve never been here, I totally recommend giving Milano’s a try!!!“

Decor beautiful, loved the wine room, restroom well appointed. Hostess pleasant and seated us promptly. Our wait staff Sam was excellent, he was knowledgeable about specials of the day and other menu items. Drinks, starter and my california roll were out first. Best California roll I've had in awhile. The crossiants with honey butter were tender and flaky. They should also be on your dessert menu. My steak cooked to perfection, potato melted in my mouth, broccoli tender and flavored well. My friend had chicken special, says it too was tender and flavorful. Would highly recommend to family and friends and have. Will try lexington location soon. “Not the most appealing appearance on the outside and not the best location but.....HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE BEST CHINESE FOOD IN COLUMBUS. I have eaten here since I was 9 years old. I have TASTED every Chinese restaurant in Columbus and this is the BEST,in my opinion! My family and friends also agree. Literally the entire family, from grandma, mom and dad, siblings, and all of our kids , it's the Best.

My absolute favorite place in Columbus been going there since I was about 11 years old and I’m 39 now Family goes there. My children have grown up loving it don’t get it wrong. We go all over and try every Pl., Reynoldsburg Pickerington, Westerville, Arlington, Dublin, West Side, Columbus Hilliard, any place we can find Chinese food we have tried throughout the years and still believe Golden House is 💯#🥇🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“

“I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and some hot chicken wings. The pizza was fine the wings were horrible very wet without hot sauce It seems like they pour water in a hot sauce bottle shake it up and then pour it on the chicken because the chicken had no taste but you can smell the hot sauce. My son and I were confused about how the chicken was so wet but didn't see any hot sauce on the chicken. I don't know what type of sauce that was but it was horrible No flavor and just watery.“

From the second I walked in, they were moving like a NASCAR pit crew mixed with customer service ninjas. If management is reading this: I’m not being dramatic when I say Cody and K’Jon are the reason people come back. They can deep fry fish...
They can deep fry shrimp ..
They can make hush puppies 98% of the time 2% chalked up to them being hard as a rock..
NEVER HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAKE DECENT FRIES
3/3 recent visits these new waffle fries are hard like they either refried them or over-fried them.
If only y'all could get the fries right!!!
