I ordered takeout for my wife's birthday from Grubhub. 4 items at about $25 a pop. Only 3 of the items showed up, and 2 of the 3 were wrong. I went to the Grubhub app to complain, and they offered me a $5 credit. So I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager (also the owner). He patiently listened to my rant, thanked me for calling him, and promised to make it right. Dec today that I would finally hit Milano’s Italian Restaurant up. My waitress was India, she and the rest of the staff were wonderful. They checked on me adequately and kept my water full. I ordered the Rigatoni and a side of Alfredo. Came with a salad which was nice and fresh. I had Honey French dressing which was delicious.
