“Food was excellent, have tried to resolve a charge on my CC. After 4 calls I have not gotten any resolution or return calls. I guess my expectation of service was too high. I thought I was dealing with a service-oriented restaurant not a chain steakhouse.“

“I dont recall the gentlemans name that served us last night but for someone who only eats halal food. They hit the spot with the halal steaks. We had a steak, lamb chops, Mac n cheese and the bread oh and the salad. Everything was on point and nothing was left on the plate. Good job guys.
You have to valet for pay for your own parking which was 6 bucks. The meal cost $250.“

“Place was nice, clean, was greeted promptly , sat promptly , food and service overall was great, steaks were cooked as ordered , my one complaint is table sizing , the tables are bit small to fit a larger family , it was my birthday dinner and had me, my boyfriend, my parents and siblings and we barely could for drinks, bread, appetizers , salads and main dishes on the table without running out of room or being elbow to elbow .“

“An absolute gem on the east side of town. Great atmosphere, excellent service and the food is scrumptious. From the appetizers to the main course you won't be disappointed. My Wife and I go faithfully. French onion soup, Oyster Rockefeller, Chefs salad, Poterhouse Steak, Whipped potatoes and Mac n cheese is my order everytime and everytime they deliver 😋 👌“

“Went to Mitchell's Steakhouse today to celebrate my son's 22 birthday. First off our hostess Emma was top notch. Answered every question about the menu, made suggestions. She was awesome.
The food was to die for. My steak was cooked to perfection. I had a large party of 12, we didn't feel rushed, everyone was relaxed, and had a great experience.“

“Went there (from out of town) to celebrate an amazing Arnold Expo experience -- my first time. The valet was free -- extremely fast and convenient. The host noticed the reservation --- immediately brought us to our table, without any type of delay.
The menu was clear and easy to pick. We all got the three-part dinner. Steak, mashed potatoes, a vegetable, and dessert. Very delicious filets and tender and juicy. They have a large wine selection too. After we had the bread and butter and our meals we were treated to scrumptious deserts. I also ordered crème brûlée and it was delicious!! All in all a great night and perfect meal!“

“At first there was going to be a problem with considering our party of 6 a large party and having to only have 2 checks, we were a party of 3 couples, 2 couples were meeting for the first time, so we were doing 3 checks, after discussing with the manager and there were no posting of this being a policy we were able to have 3 separate checks. Service was good, Food was excellent, Steak, Salmon roasted chicken were delicious. I had not been in a while to the Columbus location, there has been alot of changes even the menu, Keep improving.“

“1st time visiting Mitchell's and it did not disappoint. Stopped in for dinner before a show at the Ohio Theater. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly. Service was very good and the food was delicious. The Petit Fillet Duet was perfectly prepared, I added a lobster tail and a loaded baked potato and it was a fantastic dinner. Highly recommend.“
