“We had a fantastic evening at Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse, Columbus! Everything was perfect from the greeters at the door, the entire wait staff, the beautiful live entertainment, the appetizers (Rachel made a suggestion for us as we couldn’t decide between two, and it was perfect - she gave us each one huge shrimp and one Oyster Rockefeller), the wedge salad (which we knew there was no way we could each eat one, so she split it for us before bringing it to our table - and the blue cheese in that dressing - OMG!!), our filets were perfectly seared and the Mac and Cheese was to die for even though we could only eat a spoonful as we were too full! The wine we chose was from Corison Winery which we visited when we were in California and met the awesome owner, Cathy Corison! We loved the wine and try to find it everywhere we go! If you haven’t tried Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse in Columbus, you are definitely missing out on an absolutely perfect evening and dining experience! Their attention to every little detail is amazing! Cannot wait to go back! Definitely a 5 star restaurant!“

“My wife and I very much enjoyed her birthday dinner here, and our server even gave her chocolate cake on the house! We usually eat at more casual restaurants but this place was a good balance of feeling a little more upscale, but not overly so. We split the twin filets with a Caesar Salad and a side of macaroni and cheese, and everything was very tasty. I have a tree nut allergy and felt very comfortable eating here.“

Wheelchair accessibility: Mom is 92. They had us seated and my mom’s walker stowed in seconds. When we’re done and ready to leave it reappeared. Great crew.“

These young men are valets and they helped me when I was in distress and I am so grateful there is still good in the world. “Our bartender & server Justin was awesome. Fast, friendly & everything was served as ordered. This was our first time at this location. We had dinner at the bar. We ordered the ribeye Pittsburgh style medium rare blackened. It was cooked perfect. Best blackened steak ever. Their chief knows what they are doing. Fresh salad, everything was perfect. We eat at Outback, Firebird Grill, BJ's but this chief's cooking blew them away. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!“

This classy place has the friendliest front-of-the-house young woman consummate wait staff like Kim, service is way above average. Birthday decorations, card from the manager, and dessert all a nice surprise. It was hopping on the Friday evening of Labor Day Weekend. The bar is like a restaurant unto itself, cool layout, booths in the back for more privacy. Best mean in a while.“

They were very busy, but were able to accommodate a party of 8, pretty nicely, so a little bit of a waiting delay was understandable, and not bad. Our waitress did outstanding. We arrived about noon and told our waitress Terry, who greeted us that today was my Husband birthday as well as our 61st wedding anniversary. She told us that the dessert would be on Outback. Our food was so good and we asked for the dessert to go as we were very full after our delicious lunch. When we had our card ready to pay the bill, she told us, the couple in a booth had paid for our meal.and they left a sweet note “Lunch is on us! thank for giving us something to aspire to! “Our first visit to Ruth’s Chris . We really enjoyed our server and her fun bubbly personality . She took the time to explain the history of the restaurant and called herself the “menu tour guide “. Her name was Michelle . The food was amazing . The plate keeps your food hot throughout your entire meal and the steak is the best I’ve ever had !
