“We went to eat at Twin Peaks for our son’s birthday ( he chose it). We walked into a friendly atmosphere, nice bar and huge tvs everywhere. We got tall green beers for st. Patties day. Their beer tastes the best. They are always super cold served frosty. They are cold even after the frost is gone. We got the Peaks sampler for appetizer. In my opinion , it’s not worth 17 bucks. The food was good, but just didn’t seem worth the price. The dinners weren’t too pricey and they were served quick and hot. Our waitress Emma was fantastic , always checking in on us and making sure we were good. She did a great job. To top it off she got her other coworkers come over and wish him a great day“

“We looked at making a reservation on a Friday and they were booked up until 815pm. So we just decided to stop by anyways and they actually had comfortable seating at the bar. Our bartender/server was very attentive. She was very knowledgeable about the different signature cocktails they offered. The first mixed drink we tried was "Whats the buzz"! I believe that the correct name. You are to take these two flowers that make your mouth number for a couple of minutes and then drink some of the drink. I don't know how I feel about that drink. The second one she tried was the "Agave Cooler" and was good. For our meal, she has the fried chicken sliders, and I had the New York Strip well done. The sliders were good, but the steak was a bit dry. It seemed like they put it on the grill for the grill marks and then nuked it in the microwave. The steak had no juice at all underneath it on the plate. If I ate steak sauce with my steaks, today would have been the day to do so. I told the server, and she knocked some off of my bill. I didn't expect anything from telling her, but it was much appreciated. I'd still give them a 5 star for the overall experience!!“

The server steered us in the right direction on cocktails which landed us on a classic old fashioned and the magic of the unicorn, both of which hit the spot. For food, we started with the tempura cauliflower which set the bar very, very high. Meaty and satisfying, with a delicious onion topping and delicate curry sauce. We went on to the grilled octopus, which was honestly some of the best I have had - tender as you can get. Finally, we shared the mushroom pasta with the added short rib. The split portion was more than enough to round out the meal for us. This dish was incredibly rich but it was topped off by a clever and bright salsa verde that brought it all into balance. As we finished up, the place started really filling up and I'm not surprised. We headed out after picking up a bottle of black walnut old fashioned mix to take home.“

We also very surprised to find that our reservation was so early we could take advantage of happy hour drinks and half price appetizers! Between the three of us, we started with Brussels, fried ravioli and bread service. We do not often rave about restaurant bread, however, this bread was amazing. Fluffy, crusty, and perfectly balance with the creamy butter it came with. Apps were great! As for mains, two of us had Pasta Rossi along with one lasagna. Every one of us enjoyed our dinner. Delicious. A small imperfection about this restaurant is that there is no bar to have a drink at or wait. The bar is usurped by seating reserved for eating patrons. Our table wasn't quite ready when we arrived for our reservation. Instead of being able to wait at the bar we walked to another bar within a close distance, but it would've been nice to just have stayed in one spot . Food is delicious, service was spot on and the vibe was great.“

I've been coming to Bodega since college, I always enjoyed ambiance and service there which is always goooood. We ordered two appetizers to split - Brisket Queso & Crispy Chicken Wings (w/BBQ Sauce). Both were so good, the queso had brisket from their sister location at Bristol Republic, had great smoky flavor. The BBQ wings were really good, super solid! All the staff we're super amazing and hands on the entire time. They engaged with us at every stage of preparing our meal and we all walked away with great tips.
