“After working with the front and back staff for over a year I get to see how everything is running as far as receiving all the foods and produce in the back I know everything is kept very clean and organized in a busy kitchen with all the preps and cooks working together. “What a hidden 💎 gem. Wife and I found this on sleepy Sunday when everything else was closed. Enjoyed a BBQ pizza with some buffalo which was amzing plus the DownEast cider which was delightful. Wife loved the Slammade. Fun vibe inside and everyone is so friendly“

“Not sure how this doesn't have five stars across the board. We drove from almost ten hours away and after scouring places to eat we decided to stop here. The crust is crisp, not soggy or tough with good flavor and thickness. You can't go wrong with fresh ingredients like the mozzarella and mushrooms (fresh not canned, wowee!) either. We also tried Gina's Gem and between the beautiful focaccia and the dip being creamy while also sweet with a small back burn to it, you really can't go wrong. The bar is a great place to sit, no spoilers, but the walls and shelves are filled with awesome and hilarious things that make good conversation. It's a shame this wonderful place is so far from home but we're hoping to make it a yearly tradition. Thanks for the great food, staff, and atmosphere!“

“The food is great - we’ve tried most of their pizzas and the antipasti salad is to die for. Unfortunately I can’t speak as highly about the staff. On several occasions, usually on Sundays when they close at 7, I’ve gotten my food close to 7 but NEVER after 7. I’ve placed orders for pick-up at 6:45 and if I wasn’t there at 6:45 on the dot I’ve been called being harassed to get my food because they close at 7. Today I went in at 6:50 and they had already put everything away, taken out the trash, and sanitized everything and gave me lip about wanting to place my order (1 pizza and 1 salad). They proceeded to loudly complain to each other while making my order. Closing at 7 means you stop taking customers at 7 - not that staff gets to walk out the door and lock it behind them at 7.“

“I stopped in on my way home to order and pick up a 10" BBQ Chicken Pizza. The lady who took my order was very pleasant and efficient. The owner came through the dining area and stopped to tell me about the restaurant. I had planned to eat the pizza in the car on the way home, but it was so loaded with fresh and delicious ingredients that I was afraid that I would spill it on myself. I wisely decided to eat the pizza in my car in the parking lot. I really like BBQ chicken pizza, and this was the best I'd ever had.“

“The wings are amazing!!! The grape leaves are too! But the wings are done right. I am annoying. I ask for well done. Sauce on the side. They do that. Their well done wings are still juicy. Which is the right way! That you guys so much! Family run! Their pizza is Ohio pizza, (more so Columbus) which is good, just not my style. But by boyfriend and his friends loved it. I will go here weekly for the wings! They have other items I want to try and can’t wait to try them. We also got the baklava. That will be a later treat for tonight. “This was our first visit to Figlio's in many years. (Was our daughter's favorite place when she was growing up here). We had a very nice evening. The food was as good as we remembered - two different pizzas. Our server was very helpful and attentive. The highlight was when we learned they still have the French Quarter Ice Cream Torte. Not to be missed. Hard for a restaurant to maintain such a consistent level of delivery over time. Congratulations!“

“Hit up this place based on a friend’s suggestion during a day trip to Columbus! Clean and casual atmosphere, reasonable prices, and amazing food!

The loaded fries, candied potatoes, and Mushroom Special pie were amazing! The Summer Heat pie was the best pizza my husband and I have ever had! And we do not deliver that praise lightly!

Staff was friendly. Service was timely. A delightfully kosher find in Central OH! My only regret is I forgot to take pictures!“

“My family visited the La Baia food truck during the Pumpkin Aglow at Franklin Park Conservatory in Columbus. No kidding, this was the best pizza I’ve ever had! The dough is amazing, the flavor of the sauce..just plain delicious. All of the ingredients are fresh and everything is prepared on site. I highly recommend. Be advised that since all of this is prepared at time of order that there is at least a 30 minute wait for your food to be prepared and oven fired cooked. Definitely worth the wait! The staff is very friendly and courteous as well. La Baia - Please consider looking up Knox Foodies on FB. (Ann is the page admin ) Tho we just had our annual food truck festival, we would love to see you in our town at that event, or other events that are held throughout the year. “The food was genuinely very good, especially the fries, but the service was disappointing. Unfortunately, I can’t even tell you our server’s name because she never introduced herself. She gave us a very minimal greeting, quickly took our drink and food orders, and brought out our appetizers, but never checked to see how anything was. She came back to clear the empty baskets and said she would return with drink refills, but that took around 10 minutes. When she brought out our meals, the only thing she said was reciting the orders out loud because she didn’t remember who had ordered what. She placed the plates based on that and walked away without checking in or saying anything else. She didn’t return to check on us for about 12 minutes, and by then we were almost finished eating. I had even waited to finish my fries so I could ask for ketchup, but we couldn’t get her attention. It’s unfortunate because the food was really enjoyable. With more attentive and engaged service, this could have been a much better dining experience.“

“We've been ordering Frankie's for many years. It's our go to for guaranteed great pizza. The burnt ends are astounding! So good!! I'm not usually a fan of smoked food but the smoked wings are crazy good. Meaty with the perfect amount of seasoning. It's really hard to find good onion rings but theirs are better than anywhere else. Tried the Dub Sub (Italian sub with double meat and double cheese) tonight and it is the best Italian sub I've ever had. And the funnel cake fries - yum! The only problem is deciding which items to get when we order since we can only eat so much! 😀“

Made me this marvelous White Lotus hence he obviously didn’t want to deal with me for whatever his reasons were but he seemed to be such a pleasure to everyone else sitting at the bar that he attended to!
