“Food is always good, and when there is an issue, they own up to it and correct it.

The only gripe I have is the 2-minute carside delivery. People with mobility issues utilize that option for comfort and less stress. This location almost never seems to hit that 2-minute mark, and to make matters worse, it seems they "bump" the orders off the board, so the app says it has been handed over even though it has not. The last time was from them accidentally giving our wings to another order, so we had to wait an additional 7ish minutes while they were re-made, no compensation was offered for the time or for the rest of the order sitting there.

The time before that was about 4+ minutes after the order was "bumped" before I was handed my food. Yes, I know this location can be busy and understaffed, but keeping the metrics honest allows districts and corporate to determine if staffing needs adjusted.“
