“My family has been getting pizzas from this place since I was young. I’m in love with their chicken bacon ranch pizza. It’s not on the menu I believe but if you ask for it, you won’t be disappointed! Customer service is top notch too! My card kept declining last time I went and had to phone a friend for their card numbers but staff was very patient with my mishap! Will be continuing to purchase!“

“When I called to place a pick up order, I was unaware it was 6 minutes before closing. They took my order anyway and made exactly what I wanted. It was the first time I had their pizza and I must admit it was THE BEST pizza I've had in many years! To the crew that took my request and served me (with kindness to boot!) at closing, I give a hearty thank you. To the fella that made my pizza at closing on Tuesday, September 3, 2024: you served me food from heaven; it was so well done! Thank you. “Used to love going to this location and have been since they opened this store. Went in tonight and had the worst customer service EVER!!!! I will not be back to this location ever again. We drove 45 minutes to get here and was lied to not once but 2 times after waiting for a table for 30 minutes. Not going into all the details but i will NOT be back I'll drive over an hour to go somewhere else or another location next time. Our rating will be a negative stars if that was possible“

“We usually order the pasta bread bowls, which are pretty good. Miss the mac & cheese option. Food is cooked quickly enough, could use some more sauce to keep half the noodles from drying out during the bake. Was watching the oven guy work quickly, almost too quickly as he would squirt the garlic butter around the crust on eat pizza, missing most of the crust and just spraying it on the box bottom. Explains the grease stain on my car seat last time. The worker handling the front pickup counter must have been exhausted and beyond caring about positive interactions with customers. They weren't rude, just all business.“

“I grew up on donatos but have not able to eat there in a long time so this was first experience back in over 10 years and let me say the pizza is even better than I remember. We ordered in and the dining room and restrooms were very clean and the food came out promptly and fresh.“
