Other flyers power went out and we came here instead. First time at this one and I could just sense the strength in this staff. They were going as fast as they can, keeping the restaurant clean even with people filling up the lobby and phone calls nonstop. They were efficient and doing a great job. I truly appreciate the staff for their hard work, its not their fault the wait was just slightly longer than usual. Keep it up!
Ordered at 10:15 when they close at 11pm and I felt TERRIBLE. Lydia who took the phone call was so nice and reassuring that it’s fine and it wasn’t to late. I show up to pick up my food and Alex the closing manager was so kind and professional also reassuring about how it was totally fine. I grew up with Flyers in West Jefferson. Every Flyers establishment is always clean with great food and wonderful people.
